The blocking and the housing element of the road block system are designed in full gauge steel profile construction with welded sections to absorb static impact loads up to 400 kN.

The electro-hydraulic drive unit as well as the electrical control are installed in a weather-proof lockable steel casing for outdoor installation on a concrete or steel frame base (max. 15 m distance from road block).
