1. SIGEC HOC – APRESENTATION
The SIGEC Hoc makes the registration and homologation of your company in an unique
environment to you that is - or wants to be - a supplier of our customers. SIGEC Hoc analyzes
and monitors the legal, financial and specific documents of your supply category, everything with
a transparency and on-line monitoring. Once homologated, your company will become part of our
client's vendor list and may be invited to participate in competitions according to your supply
categories, and all this in a clear and orderly manner, as this will be through SIGEC Hoc that the
our client will look for information about suppliers available for hiring.
2. PRE REGISTRATION
2.1. CREATE USER AND PASSWORD
It is possible to register more than one Company in a single user and password. Start by
filling:
Company Name: In this field you must fill the full name of your company;
Tin Number: Fill the Tin Number (Tax Identification Number) of your company;
E-mail: To this e-mail address that will be forwarded login, password, alerts and the Portal
Communication;
Contact: Fill this field with the name of the contact responsible for the registration;
Confirm: After completing all the fields correctly, click on "Confirm" to proceed and receive in
your e-mail your login and password;
Login: Clicking on this button will take you to the portal page, to already access with login and password.

3. LOGIN IN THE SYSTEM - PRE-REGISTRATION
Language: Choose the language option.
Login: Enter your email / login, received by email;
Password: Enter the temporary password, which you received by e-mail. This password must
be changed later, according to item 6.3;
Authenticate: Click "Authenticate" to proceed and access the system;
Recover Password: If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Recover Password"
button.

3.1. RECOVER PASSWORD
E-mail: To receive a new password, enter the e-mail, which should be the same as the one entered
at the beginning of the registration;
Click on Recover password to receive your password by email.
3.2. USER WITH MORE THAN ONE TIN NUMBER REGISTERED
If you have chosen to register more than one Tin Number in a user, you can view the Tin Number,
Company Name and the step process by registered company, then click the "Continue Process"
button and confirm to access the wanted registration.

In the next screen at the top you will find: Contact Name and TIN Number, the icon
will direct you to our website, which contains explanations about SIGEC Hoc, answers to
frequently asked questions and our service channels. Click on to terminate your
access. To return to the page and select another CNPJ, click on
4. PRE REGISTRATION FILL
4.1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
In the "Download" buttons you can download and view the Term of Use of the System and other
terms. After reading, understanding and agreeing to the terms, you must select the "I have read,
understood and agree ..." options, than you can proceed to the next step.

4.2. CATEGORY SELECTION
Here you will choose the categories of purchases, they are divided into two or more levels; First
you select the category (Level 01), then the subcategories (Level 02) and repeat thereafter
(remember, you can choose more than one category at both levels). Use the filter to make your
search easier. It searches by keyword typed, on all levels. To assist your correct category
selection, by positioning the mouse cursor over the category, you can see a brief description of
what that category refers to. After selecting the categories, you can download the documents that
will be required for the homologation of your registration.
4.3. DATA REGISTRATION
In this step, complete the information with the company information, are the Basic Information,
as Address, Contacts, Main Suppliers, Main Clients and Certifications.
The fields in red are mandatory.
4.3.1. BASIC INFORMATION
The "Basic Data" tab has the following information to complete:
Company Name: In this field you must fill in the full name of your company

4.3.2. ADRESS
In the "Address" tab, the inclusion of 04 types of addresses are available, but just filling
in the "Mailing Address" is mandatory. Click on the "+ Add ..." tab, fill within the
complete data and click on the add button.

4.3.3. CONTACTS
In this "Contacts" tab, click on the icon to edit an existing contact. To delete click on
and to add a new contact click on . Communication, alerts and / or portal information
are sent to all registered emails. Phone is required.

4.3.4. MAIN SUPPLIERS
In order to inform your Main Suppliers, it is necessary to fill within all the requested information,
remembering that the filling is not mandatory, but will be registered and available for the
company.

4.3.5. MAIN CLIENTS
In order to inform your Main Clients, it is necessary to fill within all the requested information,
remembering that the filling is not mandatory, but will be registered and available for the
company.

4.3.6. CERTIFICATIONS
If your company has some certification (ISO family, among others), it is possible to upload Certificates
in this field. This is important to give visibility to your company when researched by a buyer of our
client. The portal supports files with a size of up to 03 Megabytes.

4.3.7. FINALIZE
After completing the 03 steps and fill in all the information click on.
In this way your registration will be available in our customer base and if interesting for them,
you will receive a new invitation to follow up on the process in your registered e-mail.
5. FILLING IN THE REGISTRATION
If you have received a new invitation by email from our client, access the portal with the information
sent in the email and follow up the process.

5.1. PAY PAL
At the step 04, click on the button below and you will be redirect to Pay Pal website.
In the website, you can choose pay by Pay Pal or by Credit Card. Select the desired option, review
your information and click on .

5.2. QUESTIONNAIRE FILL
The information followed on Step 05, where it is necessary to answer a multiple choice and / or
dissertation questionnaire. Click "Start Quiz," reply, and click "Next question" to complete the
questionnaire. If you want to view the questionnaire before answering, just click on this button
to download the questions.

5.3. UPLOAD DOCUMENTS
In step 06 you will be prompted to upload the documents. Attention, the portal supports files with
size up to 03 Megabytes, if you have any questions related to the documents or your file exceeds
the size supported, contact us through our communication channels available on our website.

6.1 PANEL
On this tab you can check information about your homologation process.
6.1.1 PAYMENT VALIDITY

6.1.2 CERTIFICATE
After completing all the steps in the process, the analysis of the documentation is performed and is
approved, you will be an approved supplier, and you can print your Homologation Certificate of

7. DATA REGISTRATION
In addition to viewing, adding or changing the information entered, as explained at the
items 4.3 to 4.3.6, you can add and track the status of your Categories Selection. You can
add or remove a category in the Category tab, click on and use the
filter to find the wanted Category. To remove, just click on . However, if you need
to replace all the selected categories, you must add a new one before removing it.
Otherwise, all information and documentation already input at the Registration will be
lost.

7.1. CHANGING PASSWORD
We recommend that you change your password periodically, when creating a new
password it can not be less than 08 characters long, contain a string of the same characters
and look like the past password.
