1. Introduction HDFC Loan Origination System (LOS) integration is a web-based application that acts as a connecting

interface between TransUnion Express Acquisition Solution and the Loan Origination system. Any

customer who is planning to buy a two wheeler or auto can take loan from the HDFC bank by using the

LOS.

The LOS can be accessed by the sales user of the shops, who are selling two wheeler or auto product.

The sales user captures the customer information to process the loan request. This reduces the

turnaround time for processing customer applications. It would also help immensely in reduction of in the

duplication of customer details in LOS for applications that are rejected in TU solution.

1.1. About the Document The main objective of this document is to help the Auto and Two wheeler sales user to use the HDFC

Bank Two Wheeler & Auto Loan LOS Portal.

2. User Home page User can access the application through the following URL:

https://www.test.transuniondecisioncentre.co.in/DC/HDFC_TW_Auto_LOS_Dev_v1

1. In the User ID box, type the valid DC user name

2. In the Password box, type your password

a. If Remember User Id checkbox is selected, the application saves the user name so that

the same user name can be displayed in the next login as default.

b. If the checkbox is not selected, the user name will not be saved in the application and

hence User has to provide their user name in the next login.

3. Click Login Button.

The HDFC LOS Dashboard is displayed.

Dashboard Dashboard consists of the overall application status in the grid format.

The Dashboard page has two icons - New Application and Search Application.

New Application: New Application page is displayed.

Search Application Icon: Master Search page is displayed without restricting to any status

unlike searched from Dashboard grid.

Logout – Logs out user from the application and displays the log in page.

4. New Application A new application involves capturing customer information in two stages including Quick Data Entry

(QDE) stage 1 and QDE stage 2.

4.1. Quick Data Entry Stage 1 To create new application

Fields marked in red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

2. In the QDE stage 1 page, type the appropriate information about the customer. To know more

field level information, refer the following table:

First Name Mandatory Enter the First name of the customer.

Middle Name Optional Enter the Middle name of the customer.

Last Name Mandatory Enter the Last name of the customer.

FinnoneLANNO Optional The existing loan application ID of the customer. This will help in identifying if the customer already exists in the system.

FW Account No Optional The savings account number of the customer in HDFC Bank. This will help in identifying if the customer already exists in the system.

PAN Optional Enter the valid PAN number of the customer

Aadhar ID Optional Enter the Aadhar Number of the customer

Voter ID Optional Enter the Voter ID Number of the customer

Mobile Number Mandatory Enter valid Mobile for which the OTP will be generated.

Verification code

Enter 6 digit number sent to Mobile number; Field will be visible only after Generate OTP button is clicked.

3. Click Generate OTP.

4. In the Verification Code box, type the 6 digit number that was sent to the registered mobile

number.

a. Resend OTP button can be used to send the OTP once again.

OTP is valid for 2 minutes.

A customer can attempt for maximum of 3 times

b. Select Proceed without OTP to skip the OTP verification. For those cases, IVR call will

be initiated.

Contact Person Verification can be waived by entering as many ID Proof numbers (Aadhaar, Voter ID and PAN).

5. Click Submit.

The eKYC page is displayed.

4.1.1. Existing Customer

If a customer is preapproved to avail loan from the HDFC bank, the customer details can be fetched by

using any one of the following information.

First Name, Last Name, and Mobile Number

Finnone LAN (Loan Account Number with HDFC Bank)

FW Account No (Savings A/C Number with HDFC Bank)

PAN

To display the customer details, the mobile number entered must match with the number present in the

pre-approved base and successful OTP validation should be done for the matching mobile number, or

any one of the above mentioned keys should be matched.

4.1.2. New eKYC

If the Aadhar ID is not matching with the existing customer, a new eKYC can be generated. Based on the

Aadhar ID provided, if the customer already exists, the KYC details will be populated in the screen.

To generate new eKYC

1. In the lower left corner of the eKYC page, click New eKYC.

2. Select the finger that you want to scan.

3. Select Resident consent received for requesting Aadhar.

4. Click Scan Finger to scan the fingerprint details.

5. To generate the KYC details, click Generate eKYC.

a. If you do not want to generate eKYC, click Proceed without eKYC.

The personal details tab of QDE stage 2 is displayed.

4.2. Quick Data Entry Stage 2 The details entered in QDE stage 1 is displayed in the personal details tab. Sales user can select each

tab to enter the customer details. A dialog box is displayed, when you click the next tab, to save the

information.

4.2.1. Personal Details

1. Enter the required information of the customer. To know more information about the field level

details, refer the following table.

Title Mandatory Select the title of the customer. For example, MR., MS., or MRS.

First Name Mandatory Enter the First name of the customer.

Middle Name Optional Enter the Middle name of the customer.

Last Name Mandatory Enter the Last name of the customer.

Marital Status Mandatory Select the marital status of the customer. For example, Single, married, or divorcee

No of dependents

Mandatory Number of dependents on the customer.

Category Optional

Select the category of the customer. This is a classification, which is predefined by the HDFC bank to assess customer risk.

Constitution Mandatory

Select the type of the customer. For example, Salaried, self – employed, society etc.

FinnoneLANNO Optional The existing loan application ID of the customer. This will help in identifying if the customer already exists in the system.

FW Account No Optional The savings account number of the customer in HDFC Bank. This will help in identifying if the customer already exists in the system.

LOS No Optional The existing LOS application ID of the customer, if any.

PAN Optional Pan number is populated based on QDE stage 1.

Aadhar ID Optional Aadhar ID of the customer is populated based on QDE stage 1.

Voter ID Optional Enter the Voter ID Number of the customer. This will be auto populated if entered in stage 1.

Mobile Number Mandatory Enter valid Mobile for which the OTP will be generated.

HDFC Credit Card Number

Optional The credit card number of the customer

Passport Number

Mandatory The passport number of the customer.

Driving License Number

Optional The driving license number of the customer.

When you click the next tab, the LOS portal displays a dialog box to save the data entered in the previous tab.

4.2.2. Address Details

1. Click Address Details tab to enter the residence and office address of the customer.

2. Select the appropriate address type of the customer. For example, select current residence to

enter the current address of the customer, permanent address to enter the permanent address, or

office address to enter the office address of the customer.

The office address of the customer is mandatory.

State Mandatory Pre-Populated from the Pre-defined database based on city.

Reference Type

Select the type of building, where the customer is living. For example, Flats, individual house, or pent house

STD Code Mandatory Enter the STD code of the city.

Phone 1, Phone Extension, Phone

Optional Enter the alternate contact number of the customer.

Select this checkbox to copy the same address to office address.

If this is selected, the constitution of the customer should not be ‘Salaried’

Do you have original utility bill

Optional

Select this check box, if the customer has any one of utility bill in the current address. For example, telephone bill, electricity bill, etc. This will help in waiving of CPV

Office Address: Select the office address in the address type list.

Scheme Mandatory The current scheme that is available for the product.

Supplier Mandatory Select the supplier of the asset.

DSA Mandatory Type the shop name, and then select from the displayed list.

Priority Mandatory Select the priority of the asset.

Asset Category Mandatory Select the category of the asset

Asset Type Mandatory Select the type of the asset

Asset Registration City Mandatory Select the city, where the asset will be registered.

Asset Manufacturer Mandatory Select the customer Asset from the drop down list

Asset Make Mandatory Select the make of the asset from the drop down list

Asset Model Mandatory

Enter the three letter of the asset make, the model will be populated. It’s a predictive search type.

Exshow Room Price Mandatory

Enter the Show room Price for the asset selected. The Exshow room price should be low than the asset cost

RTO Amount, Insurance Amount, and Accessories Amount Optional

Enter the amount that is required for registration, insurance, and accessories respectively.

Discount by Dealer, Discount by DSA, and Discount by Manufacturer Optional

Enter the discount amount by dealer, DSA, or manufacturer respectively, if any.

Asset Cost Mandatory Enter the total cost of the asset

Loan Amount Mandatory Enter the requested Loan amount for the Asset. Must be less than the Exshow room price.

Margin Money Optional Enter the amount that is paid as the down payment

Number of Adv. EMI Check box Enter the number of EMIs that will be paid as advance.

4.2.5. Sourcing Details

1. Click the Sourcing Details tab to enter the sourcing details of the Direct Selling Agent (DSA).

AFN No Mandatory The application number of the customer is displayed, by default.

Loan Purpose and Description Optional Select the purpose of taking the loan.

PSL Category Optional Select the Priority Sector Lending (PSL) category of the loan.

Sales Executive Code Mandatory Type the sales executive code, and then select from the displayed list.

Tele Sales Executive Code Optional

Type the tele sales executive code, and then select from the displayed list.

Sales Manager Code Optional Type the sales manager code, and then select from the displayed list.

4.2.6. Bank Details

1. Click the Bank Details tab to enter the sourcing details of the DSA.

Type the name of the bank, where the customer have an account, and then select from the displayed list.

Bank Branch Mandatory Type the bank branch

Account Type Mandatory

Select the type of the customer account. For example, Salary accounts, current account, etc.

Bank Account Number Mandatory Type the account number of the customer.

Maximum Balance Optional Type the maximum balance of the account.

Monthly Take Home salary Mandatory

Enter the monthly take home salary of the customer.

Annual Income Mandatory Enter the annual income of the customer.

Previous Year Profit Optional Type the total profit in the previous year.

Latest Year Profit after Tax Optional Type the total profit excluding tax in the latest year.

Latest Year Depreciation Optional

Type the depreciation of the customer in the latest year.

Was Latest ITR Audited Optional Select the checkbox, if the IT returns are audited.

2. Click Submit to submit the loan application.

The QDE results page is displayed with the following information:

Field Name Field Description

CIBIL Status Displays the result of policies executed based on the Credit Information Report.

Posidex Status Verifies and displays if the information provided by the customer is matching with Posidex data.

Hunter Status Verifies and displays if the information provided by the customer is matching with Hunter data.

TVR Overall Status After the successful submission of QDE, an IVR call will be initiated.

Residence Landline The residence landline number of the customer

Residence Mobile The residence mobile number of the customer

Office Landline The landline number of the organization, in which the customer is working

Office Mobile The mobile number of the organization, in which the customer is working

If the customer has applied for a two wheeler loan, any one of the customer contact number needs to be verified.

If the customer has applied for an auto loan, two contact numbers (one office and one residence) need to be verified.

Manual TVR Buttons If the IVR fails, manual TVR will be initiated and the buttons will be enabled.

Comment Type the comments for manual VR calls, and then click the required buttons.

Verified The sales user manually calls the contact number provided by the customer to verify the authenticity of the number, click Verify

Couldn’t Verify If the number is not in use or call not answered, click couldn’t verify.

Refresh The Posidex and hunter verification results will be refreshed every 20 seconds. Click Refresh to manually refresh the verification result.

5. Search Application 1. On the application dashboard, click Search icon.

The search application page is displayed.

2. Enter the required information in the Search Details section to filter the applications.

Field Name Description

First Name First name of the customer.

Last Name Last name of the customer.

TU application ID Application ID generated by the LOS portal.

From Date and To Date The duration, in which the application is created.

TU Application Status The status of the application including Quick Pending, Awaiting QDE results, and completed.
