Tcode : ZPROP_M_WARD_CHANGE (To change , Old ward to New ward for particular Property ID )

Tcode : ZWATER_M_WARD_CHANGE (To change , Old ward to New ward for particular Connection No )

Please follow below steps:-

Step 1 For Property Tax : Prepare excel sheet with following header. 1.Property ID 2.Old Ward 3.New Ward Make sure that excel sheet files extension should be .xls format. Sample excel file is shown as below:-

For Water Bill : Prepare excel sheet with following header. 1.Connection No 2.Old Ward 3.New Ward Make sure that excel sheet files extension should be .xls format. Sample excel file is shown as below:-

Save excel sheet in desktop. Note: Header words are not case sensitive. Maximum number of row is 6000.

Step 2 From Step 2 , Screen functionality of both TCode ( ZPROP_M_WARD_CHANGE & ZWATER_M_WARD_CHANGE ) are same. So lets take an example of Property tax. Run Tcode : ZPROP_M_WARD_CHANGE in SAP system. Below screen will be appeared.

Step 3

Click on search help ( In picture ,Red Square Box )

Then below screen will be appeared. Choose excel file from desktop like below

example. After selection excel file, press Open button.

Then file destination path will be appeared like below screen.

Step 4 Press Execute button.

Step 5 Waiting for Output Screen like below.
