● Please connect the machine plug to AC 220V / 240V, and do not use a generator. Troubles caused by using a generator cannot be guaranteed.

IMPORTANT

① Nutritious ice : Nutritious ice must be kept frozen at an appropriate temperature. Unless the temperature is controlled, it cannot be shaved properly.

② Water ice : Ice that is too cold or cloudy in color is not suitable for shaving because it is too hard. Use transparent ice stored for a while at room temperature. Ice that is cloudy in color will not produce soft and fluffy shaved ice. It could damage the blade tip and the blade will not shave ice. Use transparent ice for soft and fluffy shaved ice.

③ Do not put things on the unit.
