Outward Bound International is a leadership organization that helps develop character in people through outdoor challenge and adventure experiences. These experiences allow participants to stretch beyond preconceived personal limits to achieve unimagined performance and results

Outward Bound Ecuador Foundation is a nonprofit organization and its goal is to develop leaders at all levels. Founded in 2006 to spread this way of living and philosophy by different adventures and experiences

What is OB?

Provide experiences that lead the participant to know itself, connect with nature and have greater

empathy with their community

Society for Organizational Learning

• SOL – Society for Organizational Learning was founded

by Peter Senge, author of the “Fifth Discipline”, in MIT - Massachusetts Institute of Technology

• Being members of SOL allows to have access to an international net of experts, receiving actual information in different themes related to Organizational Development

• Our programs design with SOL model are engaged with

a continuous learning, important changes in the system and a sustainable future

USFQ MBA LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Students & NGO’s : $ 5,125 USFQ MBA LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Corporate : $ 5,860

Includes • Tuition (certificate Outward Bound Ecuador instructors on facilitation and adventure activities) • Transportation during the program • Climbing equipment (harness, helmet, ropes etc.) • Camping equipment (Tents, sleeping bag and sleeping pad) • Local logistics • Food during the USFQ-OBE program • Accommodation during USFQ-OBE program • Use of campground on national parks • Entrance fee to Cotopaxi National Park , Jumandi Caves • Safety Insurance

Does not Include • Airfare to Quito-Ecuador • Accommodation on arrival day and departure day in Quito • Transportation and meals outside the USFQ-OBE program • Personal gear: have in mind you will need climbing gear such as: clothing and expedition backpack.

The Price is considered with a minimum of 12 participants. If the # is lower, the price will change.

Safety is our first priority in OBE programs: • International Safety Standards

• Emergency plans including medical and psychological information from participants. During our programs we have certificate staff in WAFA (Wilderness Advanced First Aids), ABC (I-II-III) Adventure Based Counseling, DHT (Abilities in High Ropes Courses Techniques) • Pre- Camps to organize in detail every program

• Contact with hospitals, Medic Points, doctors and ambulances

• Radio Communication

• Emergency car
