Optional but strongly recommended:

Nouka/ MASTERING SECURED TRANSACTIONS (UCC ARTICLE 9)/ Carolina Academic Press, 2013, 2nd ed.

First Assignment: Register for TWEN when available a couple of days before class;

Read through the materials on TWEN; and

Read the first 3 chapters of the Warkentine casebook and prepare answers to all exercises in only Chapters 1 and 2.
