Using Dropbox with Keynote, Pages and Numbers

Using Pages, Numbers, and Keynote in combination with Dropbox, you are able to bring all your photos, docs, and videos anywhere and share them easily. Access any file you save to your Dropbox from all your computers, iPhone, iPad, and the web.

Saving an iWork presentation to Dropbox:

1. Tap Keynote and create presentation.

2. Tap the outbox icon on the top right.

3. Tap Open in Another App

4. Choose a format. Keynote, Pages, Numbers, PDF, or PowerPoint.

You’ll choose an app in the next step.

5. Select

Choose App

6. Tap Open in Dropbox

7. Select Save at the top or Choose a Different Folder to select a

specific folder to save in.

8. Select an existing folder or ‘Create Folder’

9. Tap Choose

10. Tap Save
