    Summary

    OURPUBLICSERVICE.ORG

Although current use is very limited, many respondentshave big plans to use or expand their use

There is high interest in learning about different media

The challenges to be overcome are many; may requireworking with agency webmaster, CIO, office of publicaffairs, general counsel -- maybe others

Interest in using social media is not primarily HR-driven inmost agencies; HR must catch up

Smart HR folks will use as models those agencies that havemade strides and will join up with those active in thecommunity of interest
