Notice of Corrective Action

Dear Ms. Williams:

The Air Force has determined that it will take corrective action in this matter.

Specifically, the Air Force will terminate the award to Cummins, cancel the solicitation (RFQ

No. FA5706-12-Q-0017), and reconsider its requirements.

The Agency considers the foregoing to be corrective action in response to the

abovereferenced protest and, as such, this corrective action renders SMI’s protest academic or

moot. Therefore, the Air Force respectfully requests that the GAO dismiss the protest. See, e.g.,
