Pearl Harbor marked the beginning of World War II for the United States and the end of life for 2,390 Americans.
Allow a Minimum of Three Hours for Your VisitThe Memorial Tour takes 75 minutes, starting with a 23-minute film, followed by a boat ride to the Memorial. Wait times for the tour may exceed two hours. Enjoy the museum, gift shop, or audio tour while waiting. Also visit the nearby USS Bowfin, USS Missouri, USS Oklahoma Memorial, or the Pacific Aviation Museum. Visits to these attractions can take one hour to one day.
Arrive EarlyFree tour tickets are available daily on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each person must obtain their own ticket. All available tickets may be dispensed by 12 PM.
Getting ThereVisit by taxi, tour, private vehicle (free parking) or public transit (call TheBus at 848.5555).
Driving FROM WAIKIKI: Take H-1 West. Continue past the Honolulu Airport. Take the Stadium/Arizona Memorial Exit 15A. Turn left at the fourth traffic light.

Dress CodeShirt and footwear required. Swimwear is not allowed.
Bag RestrictionsDue to increased security, NO purses, backpacks, fanny packs, diaper bags, camera bags, luggage, or other items that provide concealment are allowed in the visitor center or on the memorial. Valuables should not be stored in vehicles. Bag storage is available nearby at the USS Bowfin for a $3 fee.
Open While Under ConstructionConstruction of our new visitor center will begin will begin in the fall of 2008. We will remain open and continue providing tours. Please check our website or call the number below for updates.
