IMPACT Coordinator Job Description The IMPACT Coordinator is a new dynamic position for USTA Atlanta. This role will have a direct influence on increasing participation in our programs. The IMPACT Coordinator will be a marketer, an administrator, an organizer, and an innovator. Candidates for this position must possess exemplary organizational and communication skills, enthusiasm and knowledge of tennis. This position is full time. Night and weekend work will be a regular occurrence. Essential Position Responsibilities Facilitate the matching of players and captains from Find a Player & Find a Team Databases. Make Reminder phone calls to current and former captains during Registration periods. Become expert in our various league administration programs (TennisPoint, TennisLink, Jot Form, Tenniscores). Coordinate adult and junior non-membership tennis programs, including registration, ordering awards, scheduling, and promotion Direct intern(s) who will assist with running these programs in the summer months. Work with Executive Director to create and execute innovative campaigns, events and/or programs to engage new audiences. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. High energy and enthusiasm with desire to promote tennis. Flexibility in working on a weekend or after hours as needed. Flexibility to travel off-site as needed. Knowledge of tennis, specifically knowledge of league or tournament administration.
