On Sunday, October H, Nues Park District IceLand Arena, 8435 Ballard Road. celebrated their 30th Anniversary with a special event that included a lg- ure skating exhibition. a speed skating demonstration. and ap- pearances by present and former Board Commissioners of the Park District as well as Congress- woman Jan Schakowsky of the 9th District. The monies raised from the event will be donated to the New York disaster Relief Fund. All 5 Commissioners of the Niles Park District Board were present.
