- Will the development be staged ? Usually a development this size is staged. Please provide more
info around this.

- Can you provide a set of plans that have identified each lot / unit / MDU (multiple dwelling
units)

please note: the client asked for confidentiality, so please do not redistribute these drawings.
- Please provide a breakdown of how many units/connections are required in each MDU.

Beca have been engaged on behalf of our client, Rayman Healthcare Ltd to undertake an
infrastructure assessment for the development of a retirement village located at River Road,
Hamilton for the purpose of an application for Resource Consent. Lot DPS 8875. Refer attached
documents for details. We are looking for a high level overview for the purpose of resource consent as
to whether existing infrastructure can accommodate this development and/or any limitations which
are foreseeable.

The capacity table below provides an equipment list that I would assume services the common area only and not each dwelling. Can you please confirm which buildings and dwelling are going to have gas appliances installed so we can better understand what is required so we can provide confirmation that first gas can supply the new development.

Hi Stephen/Darryl, I was given your contact details by my colleague Nik McIntosh. We are working on a Resource Consent report for a site off River Road in Hamilton. The proposal is to build a new retirement village on the greenfield site. We have some Before U Dig type information which I have attached. Vector plans show an existing 50mm medium pressure gas network on River Road. We require confirmation that this can service the new development. Also attached some drawings to give you an idea of the scheme. We have some preliminary loadings for the buildings which are as follows:
