• A minimum size of 4" x 4" ; • Incorporate the party's colours - yellow (gold), black and green; • Easy to reproduce on any medium and on any surface, or material; and capable of

being reduced to 1/2" in size while maintaining the integrity of the art/design; • Provide name and contact of artist(s). This should be displayed on the submitted

art work;

Theme The design may include a group of words or symbol reflecting the years of celebrations and our culture; and the design MUST include the tagline "UNITY, WORK, PROGRESS”
