Afterall, it is our level of effectiveness that is the true fuel behind our success. My third intention is to help you find a space where, focus, concentration and bountiful free energy exists for you to achieve your desired goal. G.I Gurdjieff’s techniques I’ll introduce go hand in hand with the magical realm of Tufti! And they are both in agreeance on how to achieve everything I have stated. I’m excited to show you how. Let’s being! WARNING: Yes, this seminar is coming with a warning. The tools suggested here are powerful. I am offering these techniques to assist you to a space where you can successfully complete a specific goal, an important task or for a heightened state of focus to accomplish something substantial. I am not suggesting that anyone attempt to live in this state permanently with no breaks. Odd body sensations, strange perceptions or detachment from reality as you perceive it are just a few of the effects I have personally felt while maintaining this state for an extended period of time. Use these techniques with mindfulness and know that you can invert them at anytime and resume your typical state of being. Tufti and Gurdjieff offer some fascinating methods that not everyone here may be ready If you find you begin to feel uneasy, start having sensations you do not like, STOP. You may return and try the techniques again at another time.

I am not living my desired state of being and seem to battle with getting lost in my thoughts too often or get sucked too quickly into external realities and dramas. Firstly, we all do this! If you are a human being you will lose your focus and often! You will get sidetracked, lose your train of thought or aim, or be absorbed into other less meaningful activities or interactions that seem out of your control… but they are in your control! Not even Vadim Zeland or Dr. Salah. are immune. However, with time and serious practice you have the ability to heighten your level of consciousness and therefor effectiveness. Dr. Salah and Vadim have just been practicing much longer. You can all have this ability of prolonged focus too, if that’s what you choose. So, fear not, this fatigue and unsettling nature of not being able to focus your attention long enough to achieve the success you desire is not real. We simply are not acting 100% out of our free will. We are all being directed by an external script. Without true consciousness we are merely characters in a movie. You sense, that you are being led by an external script, — this is what burdens you. Fortunately, you can create a different experience. I am here to tell you how to take action and shape your reality even more so in the ways of your choosing. Reality is a film reel and with heightened consciousness you can learn how to splice the reel and take the narrative of your life in an entirely different direction. You will learn how to become what YOU choose and stop existing as a background cast member in a movie with a script you did not write. So, let’s get to it, who is Tufti!?

Meet the new world sensation. It’s Tufti! A High Priestess of some magical reality… little else is known of her but she likes it that way. She has come to extend a very important message. If you can focus your distracted attention long enough to listen… Tufti is here to tell you what to do now, granted you can take it! Tufti believes nothing can happen to you that does not fit with how you perceive the world and yourself within it. Tufti believes all sorts of incredible things happen in your dreams but simply because you reduce your standards of critical assessment in waking reality, it’s the opposite. What does this mean exactly? You do not achieve your goals because you do not believe in them. Everything has to be rigorously reconciled within your ideas, so your ability to affect the screen depends on if you can concede the possibility with certainty.

You can learn rather quickly to make small splices in the film to manipulate everyday life. However, more complex movements of the film require new content to be spliced in. Tufti will repeat all of this over and over, again and again because she understands. You, do not. The script carries you along the film role, that you do not choose. The Film role is your life-track and the script your fate. Tufti has unfortunate news however. You are being led by a hard script. It only appears that you take action as you see fit. Tufti wants to ask you a question. Do you know who you are? Of course you don’t! You can’t ask characters in the film who they are. Tufti wants to ask you... When are you self-aware? Her guest… Only in the moment you are asked the question. The rest of the time… Who are you? Where are you? What are you? And what are you doing? You are characters in the film role in a life that is happening to you. Not even the actors or even the heros in a movie are capable of changing their role. So why would you think you are capable? Tufti wants you to know that you are capable. You just don’t know it yet. All the time you are asking yourself the questions... Where are you? Who are you? You’re just lacking rational understanding as a character in a movie.

Your attention is constantly immersed in one of the screens, the inner-screen or the outer-screen, and your intention in the current frame. We will talk more on the screens later… So your motives and actions do not belong to you. But soon, you start to want something. So you start struggling, which is also part of the script. You are consumed by current reality to such an extent that you stop being aware of what you are doing and fail to see through the illusion. Look at yourself in the mirror, in a dream sometimes, you won’t recognize yourself. In the film role of reality it is exactly the same. You enter into the next frame of the film into the mannequin character waiting on standby. Your fate is as predetermined as you are predictable. Is this incomprehensible to you? Because it does not fit up to your worldview? As long as that is true you will be free in your dreams but bound in your fate. But when you finally see the light and ditch the illusion you will be able to stroll through reality like a living being inside of a movie. And you will be able to pick a new reality like choosing another channel on television. You will be able to create your own reality. SO, WHAT ARE THE COMPONENTS OF A MOVIE?

● A narrative or a script ● Actors ● Extras or non speaking, unimportant characters (pendulums)

● Action (intention) ● A scene (set and decorations)

Where do you want your role in this movie? You most certainly do not want to be a voiceless extra. Do you want to be an actor or the film director?

The answer is none of these. Being involved in the movie that is life means, you are asleep. Even trying to direct the script equates to trying to fight with your reality. You must wake up. You must take a live stroll THROUGH the movie. SUMMARY

● First, both in waking and in dreaming, you are asleep. And because of this, you are helpless in both. In this sleepy state you exist independently of your will, but I will teach you to wake up, both in dreaming and in waking life.

● Second, in both spaces, reality moves like a frame in a film roll. Yet you don’t understand that because you only know how to see what is right underfoot. You lost the ability to look ahead when you started to believe what the grown-ups said about dreams not being real.

● Third, here and there, the moving frame can be controlled. The reason you don’t control the movement is that your attention is stuck in the current frame. You’ll find out what this means in a bit, although finding out doesn’t necessarily mean understanding it. When you do understand it, however, you will be able to shift reality.

20 MINUTES FOR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

EXERCISE

Write a few fictitious paragraphs about the trajectory of your life from this moment on. You have nothing stopping you from rewriting your script. Imagine you leave the seminar this evening and decide something, anything. From that point on you flow, with a concentrated focus, to your goal. Give vivid detail. There are no limitations. What do you want?

Who here knows who this man is? This is George Ivanovich Gurdjieff, mystic, philosopher and spiritual teacher. He and Vadim share some very similar ideas regarding the subject I am to speak of. I will be talking more on Gurdjieff and his philosophies throughout the next two days. I will also be introducing some very simple practices which were the cornerstone of Gurdjieff’s work. They will complement nicely the concepts given in the book Tufti. So, you have two screens: An inner and an outer screen. You also have the faculty of attention. This is always directed either towards the inside or the outside — very rarely in-between. So, you are constantly asleep. The goal of this seminar is to teach your the importance of finding this center of focus and practicing to remain between the inner and the outer worlds as much as possible when needing to be effective.

If you can achieve this, your reality will begin to unfold in ways you have yet to see… But first let’s talk about your current baseline of attention and triggers into a non-conscious state. Where do you spend most of your time? Is it the inner or the outer screen? When you do find yourself in a state of being aware? What takes you from it more easily? Your inner thoughts or outer circumstances? Let’s discuss briefly some identifying triggers so you can be more aware of them in the future. Examples of external triggers which send you into the outer screen:

● You just met with someone, you are listening to someone talk, the tv is on and you tune in etc., you tune into some music

● You are arguing with someone or something ● Someone asked you something or is trying to engage you ● Something happened close to you, it doesn’t matter what, some kind of sound,

any kind of movement, anything that attracts and engages you ● You are taking a walk and focusing on your surroundings

As soon as something happens, focus your attention on it, but don’t lose control of your attention — try to keep it at the center. Pay attention to what is calling you but do not give it everything. Keep yourself focused on not completely losing yourself and your thoughts. Examples of internal triggers or events that pull you into the inner world:

● You’re getting ready to go somewhere ● You’re going to do something or take some kind of action ● You’re about to talk to someone ● You’re thinking about something, an event from the day, an anticipation of the

future, what someone said to you ● You’re thinking about your past ● You’re daydreaming ● Something good just happened to you

● Something bad just happened to you ● You are experiencing physical pain or illness ● When you are in an intense emotional state. Grief, fear, anger jealousy, anxiety,

despair etc.

When something does not work out, you fall into despair and sit alone with your unhappy thoughts about how small, helpless and unfortunate you are. You have chained yourselves to the inner screen as the only available refuge. Before you take any action at all, bring your attention to the center. Specifically before, because afterwards it will be too late; you will simply discover that you fell asleep, then woke up to remember that you were sleeping. The main point of finding, existing and working from this center screen or center world is that it is this space you will find true coordination, alignment of the Heart and Mind. SUMMARY

● Sleep is a condition in which your attention is immersed in a screen ● Both in dreaming and in waking life, you are asleep ● You can sleep or not sleep in waking reality exactly like a dream ● To wake up, you must bring your attention to the awareness center ● When you are lost in thought, your attention is totally immersed in the inner

screen, this is also known as autopilot ● When your attention is occupied by something external, you forget yourself and

act reflexively ● The best example of this is getting sucked into the inner or outer screens… I’m

45 years old! Where has my life gone!?! Time flew by because you were asleep. Living in the inner/outer screens

● To wake up in a dream or waking reality, you must pull your attention away from the inner and outer screen and shift it to your awareness center.

In the hours to come we will focus on how to achieve this. 20 MINUTES FOR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS EXERCISE

What triggers you or keeps you away from your center screen? Make two columns and take 5 minutes to list the outer circumstances that distract you and the inner thoughts that keep you asleep. Then switch papers with the person to your left. Notice how many are similar. You see… we are all being lulled to sleep by more or less the same pendulums.

SELF REMEMBERING AND DIVIDING ATTENTION - GURDJIEFF In the next part of the seminar we are going to go over another concept IDENTIFICATION and two very helpful practices which will allow you to be the character of your choosing as you stroll live through your movie. These two practices were introduced by Gurdjieff and are highly regarded by those who practice. The two concepts are called “Self-Remembering” and the second is called “Dividing Attention”. We will start with Self-Remembering. Self remembering is simply a relocation and redistribution of one’s attention. Self-Remembering supports growing awareness. The act of ‘Self Remembering’ separates you from an unaware state of being. In turn, you will also not be absorbed into the inner or outer screen as you will learn to remember yourself therefor staying present. Self remembering is not ‘recalling’ yourself. Self remembering is allowing your attention to settle back into yourself. It is an undercurrent of awareness that flows in your background that you may return to for comfort, peace and most of all focus. It is a working place where you will be more effective in matters of the heart and mind. It is in this place that we find “Coordination”, alignment or unity of the heart and mind.

However, it is necessary to be fully engaged at times. We should be fully engaged at times for practical purposes, educational purposes or to engage in some sort of love, beauty or celebration. However, when finished, you should return to your center of awareness if you desire to remain focused. What happens is, when attention is not appropriately needed it manufactures ways to busy itself that are fruitless. We needlessly focus our attention on either the inner or outer screens with useless filler. This filler is junk and and is not the stuff that creates success. Without a productive focal point for your attention you will choose anything. And thus, you will be lulled into a sleeping state. Certain memories of childhood, vivid, vibrant memories are all moments of Self-Remembering. It is where life is the most flavorful and you have the most control. This state is achieved when living in the center screen Vadim and Gurdjieff speaks of. Not in the inner or outer screens. We will start with a few very simple “Self Remembering” techniques. I have provided you all with a self remembering handout for a more elaborate look. There are many people who have studied Self-Remembering for a lifetime. It is not a small subject and you can go as deep as you like with it. I must warn you again however, your reality, perceptions and even body sensations will drastically differ the more you practice Self-Remembering. This is an advanced self awareness heightening practice that is powerful and potent.

For now we will talk about one of my favorite, beginners technique. This practice is very simple in theory. Very simple. The challenging part will be to remember to practice the technique. There is one version of the technique for pulling you out of you inner screen and one to pull you back from the outer screen when speaking with someone else. We will start with the inner screen. The practice is simple. I want you to focus on your nose. It can be any part of your body actually but I choose my nose, because it is always right there in front of my face. :) I don’t mean look at your nose or go cross-eyed, but just be aware that it is there. When you are looking at something, reading, talking with someone, watching tv, driving, eating, walking, just be aware that it is there. I don’t suggest you overtly focus. Just enough to keep you pulled out of the inner and outer screens. This is an absolutely life changing practice. If you can remember to do it! I heard a funny joke once… The joke is that a person ran right into a light post as they were walking because they were too concentrated on Self-Remembering. Remember, you must still stay focused on your environment. Don’t get sucked into this center space to the point where nothing exists, as there may be consequences! The second tip is to help you not get overly focused on someone else when you are having a conversation. We spend loads of times continuing meaningless conversation because we have lost our focus and are lost in interaction! Learn to give someone exactly the time and energy that is appropriate, not more. This technique is fun and has a fascinating effect on human pendulums! The best part is, they won’t even know you are doing it.

So, when you are speaking with someone face to face and you realize you are in the pendulums grip or simply have to get back to what you were doing… Focus your eyes softly on the center bridge between the person’s eyes. You will notice right away the effect. You will feel much more in control and will have more brain power and energy to control the narrative of the conversation. Often times people speak not because they need you to hear them but because they have something to get out. This allows more of a space for them to get out what they need and for you to be on your way. Don’t over abuse this technique however sometimes important conversation does need our full attention. But when it does not, use this! Remember, your center screen is an observation point, from which you can see where your attention is directed at any moment and what you are focusing on. At the same time, you see what you are doing and what is going on around you. SUMMARY

● Self-Remembering is returning attention back to its source ● Self-Remembering is NOT recalling or having a memory of yourself. You can

only truly remember something objective ● Self-Remembering is a vast subject, not to be taken lightly, please study this

technique more in depth for a better understanding of what it is and how to use it EXERCISE Grab a partner and speak briefly on what you have learned so far. Take turns. When it is your turn to listen try to focus on the bridge of their nose softly and not get completely sucked in to the outer screen. Try to remain in your center screen. Take any notes or thoughts down and we will discuss after the exercise.

20 MINUTES FOR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

DIVIDING ATTENTION AND IDENTIFICATION Identification, as Gurdjieff states, is our most terrible foe. Identification is the primary obstacle to Self-Remembering and also to not living in the center of the screens. We all in one way or another are always identified with something. This is living in either the outer screen, if the identification is of an object, person or place or the inner screen if you are identified with a thought, feeling or perception. Identification with yourself, others or things consumes creative energy. Example 1: You have a job you hate, but this job gives you status and you are attached to that status. So, you sacrifice far too much to maintain the illusion of being bigger than others. Example 2: You are chasing a hopeful romantic interest, desiring to marry. You can think of nothing else and this is everything you think about. You have become so identified with the other person, as well as the concept of marrying, that all other things in life are simply passing you by. Opportunities, adventure, new ideas. You have blinded yourself to other realities by being overly identified. Example 3: You have become overly identified with your appearance. You spend lots of money, attention, and time scrutinizing and trying to improve your appearance. I hate to say this but this is the worst identification of all in my opinion. You are blind to any true meaning outside of yourself. You have become inwardly focused to the extent that little else is of value. Identification with something futile is the greatest challenge between you and the aimed success of your work.

Identifying with one thought can cause you to forget other thoughts. Identifying with a negative emotion can take you away from your current life-track and lower you to another. Remember this is what we call an induced transition. So what is the answer? Learn to divide your attention. Do not plug into anything 100%. This will assist you in two ways. Firstly, you will not lose energy by giving something EVERYTHING you have. Secondly, you will not lose your focus and simply be transported to another track. The whole point of self-awareness is to see yourself through the mirror of your reflection (your created reality), accept all aspects without resistance, and integrate your aspects. When you create coherence in your energy field (you basically call back your energy consciously). It is there that there is harmony between your heart and mind. TRUE ENERGY for you and your goals! In this state you can live YOUR life, an AUTHENTIC life that is aligned to your soul. So, how do I do this? There is a simply trick. Well, it is actually quite complex in nature if you decide to go deeper with it but even utilizing it slightly with have a magnificent effect on your focus. The practice is referred to as Dividing Attention which actually utilizes the Self-Remembering practice that we previously discussed.

So, as seen in this diagram there are 3 versions of focus. Firstly, there is fascination, which is the purest form of identification. HELLO AGAIN SOCIAL MEDIA! :) Second, there is divided attention. This is when you initiate your focus on two different subjects at the exact same time. This is the act of self remembering while focusing on something else. Thirdly, is Self-Remembering in the purest form. This is the act of being able to divide attention between two topics while also Self-Remembering. Again, this technique is powerful. Many have spent a lifetime dedicating themselves to studying and living by this technique.

If you would like to learn more about it there are plenty of youtube tutorials and online content to assist you. SUMMARY

● Triggers for identification are everywhere ● Become aware of where you lose yourself and to what you become identified

with ● Identification is NOT passion, zeal or enthusiasm ● Identification is not focus ● You can’t do anything truly productive in a state of identification ● Identification is the chief obstacle to Self-Remembering ● When identified you are unable to remember yourself ● Freedom is liberty from identification ● Dividing attention teaches you how to be present while going about your life ● This ability is a key element in being present and Self-Remembering ● With a little observation, the distinction between the internal screen and the

external screen can be used to make our divided attention more powerful ● If your tendency is to be in your head, the inner screen, actively try to focus on

two topics simultaneously EXERCISE As before, have a brief discussion during our break with a friend or the group around you. Let discuss how the Reality Transurfing fundamentals and this topic coincide. Try to keep a soft focus on at least one physical object close by, both while listening and talking. Note how this affects your attention. We will discuss and have time for questions and answers after the break. 20 MINUTES FOR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Ok, although these concepts are summarized briefly, with a little practice you will all have the power to Stroll Live, as Tufti states. This is the objective attained when these techniques are actively practiced. This is the space where focus, achievement and success flourish. Who’s ready?

STROLLING LIVE Now to the essence of the book Tufti. You are now ready to Stroll Live! Strolling live will be an unfamiliar state for you at first, with many odd sensations and new experiences. You will not be able to hold this state long at first. Try to hold yourself between the inner and outer screens for an hour to start and pay attention to what happens. Start by waking up and ask yourself:

● Where am I?

● What am I doing?

● Where is my attention? Right now, you have just woken up and found yourself at the center point. Here I am! And this is the reality that surrounds me! I am aware. I can see myself and I can see reality. So, get into the observation point by telling yourself: I see myself and I see reality. Set yourself the intention, ‘today I am going to stroll through my movie’. Then go for a walk, wherever you like, to work or to university, in this state of clarity. And what happens when you Stoll Live? You free yourself. From this moment on, your dreaming, whether asleep or in waking, it doesn’t matter which, becomes conscious. You are in control of yourself, and most importantly, you acquire the capacity to control the situation around you.

And so, you take a live stroll through a film when you are fully present and move with the power of intention. Failing this you are not fully live, and you aren’t walking at all; you’re just fulfilling a prescribed role. When your awareness is absent, you are not fully yourself; you aren’t there at all. You are just a fictional character, like an illustration in a book. You could cut a figure out of paper and insert it between the pages of a book. That is what you are. For now, just try going for a walk and observe what you see. Tufti issues you a warning though. You have woken up in a dream, acquired strength and awareness, while those around you continue to sleep. Unlike you, the people around you are still asleep. Their attention is occupied, and they are involved in their everyday scenarios, like in a film. Their thoughts are unclear and their actions non-conscious. They are the characters in a film. You, unlike the others around you, have woken up in the dream as if you have stepped from the inner or outer screens down into the cinema hall. Do not think this advantage makes you superior however. Don’t treat others with arrogance or condescension. At any moment, you can leave, return to the movie, and walk around freely among the other characters, regardless of the narrative. Also, at any moment you can lose your center focus and become once again one of the sleeping characters walking around in a non-conscious haze. 20 MINUTES FOR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS TRACKING YOUR ATTENTION

Ok, so you have now you have realized that you are spending more time than is good for you asleep and you want to accomplish some things. You desire to continue to Stroll Live in the center screen. The only thing stopping you from doing this is your habit of falling into the inner and outer screen. Your attention won’t stay long in the center of awareness. This is quite normal. If you still doubt that your actions are yours rather than autonomous, look at your attention — Where was it just now? To whom did it belong? Not to you, do you see? Then to whom and for what? A dream is the same as reality and reality is the same as a dream. Let’s say that life is a waking dream, and an ordinary dream is a sleeping dream. You become a responsible, sane character who can freely roam around in the dream. Again, the only thing stopping you from doing this is your habit of falling into the inner and outer screen. Setting out for a stroll through the dream, tell yourself that you won’t forget that you must wake up. Literally set yourself this goal, otherwise it will completely slip your mind that you are meant to be focusing on something. While on your walk, you will need to catch yourself as you constantly fall and drift off. Don’t worry, don’t give up, just bring your attention back, over and over again. Arrange to track your attention with your attention itself — that is, yourself.

SUMMARY

● Set yourself the goal of remembering to track your attention ● As soon as something happens, you wake up ● Before doing anything, you wake up again ● In your typical state of consciousness you are a character in a film ● If your attention is not your own, you are not being effective ● You are directed by an external script, which wires you into the film ● You have the tools now to Stroll Live through your script

HOMEWORK Every time you lose your attention and then realize it after punch yourself in the face. Just kidding :) Do take note of it however. Systematically attempt to recognize where your attention flows when you do not command it to a specific space. With practice you will minimize lost attention. HOW TO COMPOSE REALITY Being a character inside a film, you aren’t capable of changing or shifting the reflection in any way. You can’t propel yourself ahead either; your ‘I’ dissolves into the frame and ceases to exist. You acquire the ability to propel yourself ahead when you pull your attention away from the motion-picture, or away from the mirror, which is essentially same thing. Your body remains inside it, in the reflection, but your attention is focused here, outside of the mirror, on the side of the image that is being reflected. Then, you see yourself standing in front of a mirror, and you see reality as a reflection of all your thoughts and actions. Only when you see yourself here, standing facing the mirror you are able to propel yourself forward in such a way that “everything is how I want it to be” in the reflection.

You are your attention. You are either a living individual and you exist, or you are a character and you don’t exist. You are only present in the film when your attention is focused on the center screen, where you can see both yourself and reality. In essence, the screen you exist in is how you can also affect the mirror that Vadim speaks of in Steps I-V. Your everyday reality is created by your thoughts and actions. If, when standing in front of the mirror, you propel yourself consciously, then the reflection will look the same. But, the first thing you must do in order to shoot your own film, is to wake up and become fully present. Imagine that you have come to life inside a film. You aren’t watching the film as you usually do; you are living in it. Feel it. Open your eyes and look at everything that surrounds you with fresh new eyes. Refresh your view. You’ll notice that the colours are richer and life seems to suddenly have more possibilities. Now, imagine how you would feel to no longer play a character in a film but an objective outsider. But you have entered the film as an insider. No-one knows except you. In body, you are inside the film, but in your awareness, you are outside of it. Feel your individuality, your presence. We are not really able to freely create in another state than beyond the self. Second. Before you start desiring, expecting, and asking something of other people and reality,

you must imagine that you are standing in front of a mirror and asking yourself the question: What must I do for the reflection to meet me halfway? Obviously, you have to make the first move. Instead of your usual manner of claiming the larger portion of the cake for yourself and demanding “give, give, give...” , you wake up and realise that the reality mirror is simply repeating your movements. If you want to receive something, you must first give something similar. It doesn’t actually matter what that is. Simply, replace your ‘give me’ with the opposite, ‘here, take this’. Then, as if by magic, in the reflection, you will receive the very thing you wanted. What you give out is what you get back. When you do this, you are shooting your own film, you are creating your own reality. To be creating in this state is an amazing skill. This is where you can have direct access to the space of variations and all the treasures that it holds. This is where you actually can modify your DNA, raise your frequency in order to attract an elevated life line, heal from serious illnesses or injury or bring into your life whatever it is you intend to have. Creating from this space you are no-body, no-thing, you are pure consciousness. When you can spend time in this center screen, divide your attention there and Self-Remember, this is a state when you are who you are, self-aware consciousness, a divine creator. When we are present, this translates to an open mind, open heart and open will, being an empty bowl, a chalice for infinite potentials.

As your practice continues you will start to see how reality only exists here and now, not in the past nor the future. Reality exists only for a single moment like a frame on a film roll, which moves from the past into the future. What are we meant to understand by this? This means that in any moment, only the immediate impression of reality — the illuminated frame — is ever real. Everything else is virtual, the past as well as the future. And it is all stored forever in a film archive, where everything is recorded, everything that has been, that will be, and ever may be. To compose reality means to choose the film roll and determine the direction in which the frame is moving. You cannot change what has already happened, but that is what you are trying to do because everything that surrounds you is that which has already happened. The illusion grabs hold of you and keeps you from entering the future, which is why the future typically isn’t up to you. But, you can change that. COMPOSING THE REFLECTION Composing a reflection means creating your own illusion for reality. If there is something you want, pretend that you already have it. If there is someone you want to become, behave as if you already were that person. Be in the role, take it seriously and live it like a professional actor. Live it in your thoughts, in virtual space, and in your actions, in reality, until you totally believe in the illusion you have created. As soon as you believe it, reality will believe it too. Then a miracle will happen. THE REFLECTION METHOD:

● Catch yourself thinking: I want something or I want to be a certain type of person ● Become fully present: wanting is futile, you have to start composing ● Fake it and behave as if you had already achieved what you desire

It doesn’t matter how exactly you fake it, that’s for you to decide. But be inventive! That’s something you don’t need my advice on. The more creative you are, the more effective you will be. Remember that playing with the mirror and the upcoming frame alone is not enough. You also need do everything that is required of you to realise the goal in the current frame, that is, to take concrete action, and not just lie around on the sofa dreaming. SUMMARY

● The image is the subject of your thoughts and actions; this is always primary ● The reflection is you, your environment, your physical life ● The image is the message you send out: what you give out is what you get back ● Make-believe and imitation is your way of composing the reflection ● What you imitate is what you get; who you pretend to be is who you will become ● It’s a game, but a systematic game taken with absolute seriousness ● The image and the reflection become each other ● Donald Trump is a master of this

The image and the reflection flow into each other in the sense that the image of your thoughts and actions has an effect on your entire life, and life, in turn, affects your behaviour and thinking. If you let this process take its own course, you and your life will gradually deteriorate, as is usually the case. This is because when you observe such a life, your thoughts become more dismal; and the more dismal your thoughts, the worse life becomes, and so on, via the feedback loop. This is the fatal dilemma: do you want to be happy and beautiful or do you want to be devoured by a hippo?

If you don’t want the hippo, then, quick, quick, stop suffering, stop suffering, and get composing, — get composing! You can compose an image, a reflection and reality separately, depending on the circumstances, or you can integrate these techniques. For example, to achieve a certain goal, you can systematically compose the goal frame, at the same time pretending that you have already achieved your goal; And at the same time, making sure that all your thoughts and actions are marked with a plus sign beside them. 20 MINUTES FOR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS YOU ARE AMAZING The innate nature of every human being is a creator, meaning we are all capable of creating a life we would like to live. We are all capable of living our lives in success, in prosperity and freedom. From the sleeping state (unawareness and unconscious) We become the followers and facilitators of pendulums. Those subconscious patterns of thoughts, emotions and behaviours create the character or the false self, where we live through identification. It is crucial to find this center screen and exist in this space if we desire to succeed and prevail over pendulums, programming and automatic patterns. This center screen encourages deep listening where we build presence and understanding of the mechanisms of the programming of our minds. This process allows true liberation and free energy to create our dreams. So, let me see a show of hands.... How many of you truly love yourself under no scrutiny whatsoever?

The reason you don’t you love yourself is that outer screen with all the printed covers and social media illustrate the ideals of beauty, success, and happiness. We are are taken in by these illusions, identify with them, obediently trying to become someone else that isn’t really you. In actual fact, beauty, success, and happiness can never be standardised; they are things with a very individual cut. Still, you prefer to believe in the illusion and try to keep up with it. Try telling your neighbours, sleeping characters in a film, that their life is a film. Or in a dream sometime, try telling the characters that you are sleeping and that you are seeing them in a dream. Neither the former nor the latter will understand or believe you. There is no point in trying to persuade them. Convince yourself properly first! The answer: We all need reprogramming! You sense, that you are being led by an external script, — this is what burdens you. Holding out for something that may or may not happen, is foolish and futile. Don’t want, wait or hope; compose your own reality instead. You can do it! You are amazing!
