Binks’ new range of Ram Units offer arugged, reliable and high performancesolution for the delivery of medium andhigh viscosity materials in both stand-alone and system applications.

These durable units are built to last andwill give long, trouble free performanceoffering continuous production whilstkeeping overall cost of ownership down.

Binks Ram Units provide the ideal deliverysolution for materials such as lubricants,mastics, adhesives, epoxies and sealants.They deliver a constant, low pulse flow ofmaterial to the dispensing tool by ensuringcorrect priming of the pump andpreventing material cavitation.

The range of single and dual post units aredesigned to accommodate industrystandard material containers from 20L to205L. The twin seal follower platesaccurately fit the container, cleaning theinside as it descends and keepingwastage to a minimum.

Our Ram Units incorporate the highlyregarded Binks MX range of high pressurepiston pumps. These solidly built pumpshave a reputation for durability, reliabilityand long life and are available with achoice of ball-check or chop-check fluidinlets.

Complete Ram Units include an easy-usepneumatic control box with ‘up/down’switch, auto shut off when the container isempty and a release valve to ‘break’ thesuction seal when lifting the ram plateclear of the used material. Optional extrasinclude an automatic ‘change-over’switch for use with two Ram Units on duty/ standby mode.
