EXPLORIA RESORTS™ HAS LAUNCHED!I experienced a proud moment on May 23, 2014 and I’d like to share a glimpse of it with you...
We officially launched the Exploria Resorts brand that day and wanted to create a memorable moment that our employees, community and business partners who gathered with us would remember. With me that day were the developers of Summer Bay Orlando, Joe Scott Sr. and Loretta Scott. As Juan Barillas, EVP, Joe and I arrived by boat to the dock at Summer Bay Orlando, where over 300 employees and guests were gathered, we were greeted by a special group of employees whose average length of service with the company was 13 years. These employees represent the backbone of our company and the new Exploria Resorts brand. It’s these employees who represented the hundreds of ONE TEAM members who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and experiences to our Owners and guests on a daily basis. As they stood with me, and as I reflected on how we’ve grown as a vacation ownership management company over the past 19 years, they lead the crowd in a countdown to the launch of the new Exploria Resorts brand.
These are exciting times for our company and for you, our valued Owners. In this issue you can read more about how we are making improvements to better serve you as you plan your future vacations. You’ll also get a sneak peak at a new Florida beachfront location to be added to our resort portfolio this summer …
One way of providing improved customer service is through an enhanced Owner dashboard, accessible through the new www.exploriaresorts.com website. Using your Owner login and password, you’ll have access to your account information, links to making reservations, payments, staying connected with the latest news and information from your HOA and more. I invite you to check it out. I think you’ll find the experience refreshing and the information helpful.
I look forward to time with my family this summer and I’m sure you are looking forward to time with yours as well. Where will your memories be made? With much anticipation, May 23, 2014 was a day which will be remembered for sunshine, celebration and smiles. It was on this day, on the banks of Summer Bay Orlando, that 300+ employees and community

A festive white and blue balloon launch, symbolic of the new brand launch, lifted all eyes to the sky… The launch of the Exploria Resorts brand marks a new milestone for Owners as well; this milestone marks new beginnings… new
resort offerings, renovations, and new destinations for Owners to explore. It also brings a renewed commitment to excep-tional customer service from your Resort Management team. Steps have been made towards this end with enhanced and increased Owner communications through this Owner mag-azine, social media channels, and a refreshed secure Owner dashboard. Introducing the Exploria Resorts™ Website and Your New Owner Log-In DashboardStaying Connected and informed is as easy as 1,2,3! Step 1: Visit www.exploriaresorts.com. Click on the Owner Login ribbon on the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Step 2: Log-in to your secure Owner Dashboard using your login credentials provided to you by Member Services. Enter your Username and Password.
Step 3: You’re In! Now begin to explore. Learn what’s new; review your Owner account; read email messages from your Member Services team to keep you informed on your account, Home Resort, special Owner updates, offers and more …

As announced earlier this year, an exciting development is underway and scheduled to open this summer. The newest experience coming to Summer Bay Orlando will be Buccaneer Bay Adventure Park. Featuring a pirate theme, outdoor experiences will include zip lining, rock climb-
ing, a ropes course, floating dock with paddle boats and more. To create the new park, Summer Bay Orlando has partnered with High-Action Adventure™ creator Extreme Engineering. Specializing in rock climbing and zip lining equipment, Extreme Engineering frequently works with timeshare resorts to provide exciting sports equipment.
Santiago Creus, Director of Business Development, Exploria Resorts shared, “Exploria Resorts has partnered with Extreme Engineering as they can provide a turnkey product — from the initial concept and theming of the Adventure Park to the installation and on-going servicing of each interactive adventure feature, they do it all. We look forward to the opening of this new resort attraction with great anticipation as it will provide another opportunity to bring families together to en-joy a shared experience while vacationing at our Summer Bay Orlando Resort.”
