• A formal presentation of the preliminary plan was made to GreaterHockessin Area Development Association (GHADA) on January 18, 2016.

• Formed a working group of residents for plan refinements.

• The Working Group included nine residents from surrounding communities.

• Meetings with the Working Group were held on September 14, 2016 andJanuary 9, 2017.

• Rezoning approved February 14, 2017, Ordinance Number 16-082
