Write a note of appreciation to a friend!

Give someone a compliment!

Thank your parents!

Call your grandma or grandpa!

Surprise your friends with a special treat!

Create and give care packages for the homeless!

Do an extra chore at home!

Help clean up (even if it’s not your mess)!

Hold the door open for someone!

Give a friend or family member an extra hug!

Let someone go in front of you in line!

Ask someone if you can help!

Share your umbrella!

Make a bird feeder!

Be nice to yourself! (Drink enough water, eat a healthy snack, and get outside a little bit everyday)

Smile to at least ten people a day!

Love the environment!
