Under these warranties, Vortexx will repair or replace, at its option, any covered part which is found to be defective in material or workmanship during the applicable warranty term. After examination of the part, the service dealer will determine whether the part is eligible for warranty service and if so, whether to repair or replace the parts. B. WHAT IS WARRANTED – All parts of the new Vortexx Pressure Washer frame, excluding paint and tires, are warranted for the life of the product. The engines and pumps are not covered under the Vortex warranties. The engines and pumps are warranted by the manufacturers of the items which warranties are described in separate documents which are provided with each pressure washer. The separate warranty documents from the manufacturers of the engines and pumps are also available on the Vortex website www. vortexxpressurewashers.com and/or from the Vortexx authorized dealers.

C. WHAT IS NOT WARRANTED – Vortex Industries, Inc. is not responsible for the following: (1) Used Products; (2)AnyproductthathasbeenalteredormodifiedinwaysnotapprovedbyVortexx,including,butnotlimitedto,enginemodifications,enginesettings,changingorreplacementofconnectorsandfittings,anymodificationtopumps(seepumpandenginemanualsformoredetail)(3) Depreciation or damage caused by normal wear, lack of reasonable and proper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, misuse, lack of proper protection during storage, or accident; (4) Normal maintenance parts and service; (5) Excluded parts including quick couplers, belts, O-rings, filters,tires,plasticfittings,paint,accessorypartsincludingguns,hoses,wands,nozzlesandotheraccessoryparts.

AR Pump WarrantyIt is very rare that damage done to internal mechanisms are caused by manufacture defects. In fact 95% of pump issues occur due to operator error. Honda Engine WarrantyReview and follow Honda Engine Warranty instructions included with unit. If unit is covered by the Opti-Lube extended warranty and the original warranty has expired, follow these instructions:Dealer or customers will call Interlube at 1-800-332-5851 prior to repair. Interlube will ask for basic customer information, including equipment owner’s name, date of purchase, date of failure, etc. Interlube will also ask for proof of customer’s Opti-4 oil purchases after the initial Vortexx purchase. At this point Interlube will ask the dealer . . . “From your analysis as to cause of failure, would this be warrantable under the engine manufacturers printed coverage, had it occurred during their original warranty period?” If the answer is yes, Interlube will give the dealer an authorization number and instruct them to send the repair bill directly to Interlube. Interlube will pay exactly the same parts and labor charges as the original warranty covers.Opit-4 Terms and ConditionsThis is only an extension of the manufacturer’s warranty period and does not cover any items or working conditions that are not covered under the original warranty. • Registering your equipment at www.vortexxpressurewashers.com and select the double my engine warranty box if applicable

• Saving Opti-4/Extended Warranty receipts as proof of purchase. They will be required in the event of a warranty.

• Maintaining engine according to the manufacturers requirements and always use Opti-4 Oil

• In the event of engine failure, bring equipment to place of purchase for diagnosis.

Equipment and oil must be purchased at the same time from the same dealership. Proof of purchase will be required for warranty authorization.
