plot CoSting

With COINS VAP installed, the Contract Status Ledger can

have plot costing enabled to the extent required. Some

house builders use COINS with full plot costing, but most

use COINS with partial plot costing. Nearly all of them

plot-cost customer extras and incentives, many plot-cost

subcontract trades and plot-scheduled materials, few plot-

cost all of the bulk materials.
