Value-Added Meat Marketing Workshop An Educational Program for Livestock Producers Interested in Direct Marketing Meat Cuts and Live Animals for Custom Processing Monday, March 20, 2017 6:00 pm Boyette’s Dining Room Restaurant Tiptonville, Tennessee Dinner will be provided for those who preregister by March 16. There is no cost to attend but seating is limited and preregistration is required to Tim Smith at 731-885-3742 or by email: [email protected]. Rob Holland with the UT Extension Center for Profitable Agriculture will be the featured speaker. The information presented will apply to direct marketing of beef, lamb, pork, and goat meat (marketing poultry will not be included in this workshop).
