WehaveaportfolioworthmorethanEUR500million,includingapproximately2,000apartments,66,000m2commercialspaceand88,000m2officespace.Weredevelopourownpropertiesanddevelopnewprojectssuchasresidentialprojects,shoppingcentresandofficebuildings,primarilylocatedinTheNetherlands.

Ontopofthat,weareactive inprivateequitydeals.Weparticipate inthe InflationExchangeFundCapital (IEF).Together,wecompletedaEUR1.4billiondeal inTheNetherlands in2005.AlsoweboughtWestersuyker,aDutchquoted realestatecompanywhichwas takenoff theDutchsmallcapindexin2004.

Van der Vorm Vastgoed manages its own properties.By doing so, we are able to respond quickly to thedemandsofthetenants.

We recently launched a new company in France andmadeourfirst investmentinParis.WearelookingforopportunitiestofurtherexpandintheFrenchresidentialandretailmarket.
