Food and Drink

n ancient times it was said that Cypriots invented the art of good living encompassing exotic fragrance andMediterranean flavours. Traditional Cypriot cuisine includesmeze, kebab and baklava - all mouthwatering and delicious.

All the food we serve is produced freshly on the premiseswith local produce and ingredients being used in all ourcooking. The climate is ideal for fruit and vegetable growing. Fresh vegetables are grown in our gardens wherewe hand-pick what’s needed so we know all the ingredients provided are of the highest standard and quality. Chillies, beans, courgettes, figs and pomegranates are just a smalltaster of the produce from our gardens.

We pride ourselves in the cuisine we produce and serve. All our food is freshly prepared with many traditionalCypriot dishes offered. We are sure you will find our menus offer all you could wish for during your stay.
