Personal Injury Claims
Dallas McMillan will represent all Accord members on a no win no fee basis in relation to any Personal Injury claims they may have as a result of an accident at work or as a result of an accident outside of work. For example a road traffic accident or tripping accident. As an Accord member you will not be charged a fee on success, meaning you will receive 100% of any compensation recovered for you. David McElroy will be responsible for handling all such claims.
Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority Claims
If you have suffered the trauma of being a blameless victim of violent crime, you could be entitled to compensation from the Government’s Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA). Dallas McMillan will act on a no-win no-fee basis for any Accord member wishing to pursue such a claim.
Wills, Powers Of Attorney and Conveyancing
As an Accord member, you are entitled to a FREE WILL which Dallas McMillan will prepare for you. You will also receive a special reduction of 25% of all fees on conveyancing (house sale and purchase) and the preparation of Powers of Attorney.
Other Services
Dallas McMillan will represent Accord members and their families in any clinical negligence claim on a no win no fee basis. For any enquiries on this topic, please contact Tracey Brown.

Discounts for family members
Your family members will also be entitled to a discount of 20% on all fees charged by Dallas McMillan for the preparation of wills and Powers of Attorney and for any conveyancing work.
