JOHN THE BAPTIST
“A man named John was sent from God. He came for testi-mony, to testify to the light, so that all might believe through him. He was not the light, but came to testify to the light. The true light, which enlightens everyone, was coming into the world.”
John 1:6-9

Words of St. John the Baptist:
“Behold, one is coming after me;
I am not worthy to unfasten the sandals
of his feet.” Acts 13:25
Stewardship is a lifestyle; it’s not a pro-gram or a process. It’s how we are called to live our lives twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week! It challenges us to live “God-centered” lives, not “self-centered” lives. Reflect on your daily activities. Do you do them for the glory of God or for the glory of your own name?
Gospel: Luke 1:57-66, 80 Adults: Do you recall a time when you chose God’s will over your own? Children: What is it that God is calling you to do today?
That we turn our daily focus to God and others to develop a “God-centered” lifestyle.
Your support of the Bishop’s Ministry Appeal demonstrates your commitment to the Church and helps us continue to evangelize, make disci-ples in our community and to sustain the Dioce-san Ministries.
Your sacrificial gift to support the 2018 Bishop’s Ministry campaign is vital to the success of the Bishop’s Ministry Appeal; it provides and pre-serves many diocesan programs that support your parish and our communities.
