INTRODUCTION Welcome to the Provider Directory and Resource Guide for Lawrence County Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Services. The purpose of the guide is to help identify appropriate behavioral health services and ancillary services available within Lawrence County. This guide was prepared primarily for individuals and families residing in Lawrence County who are members of the HealthChoices Program, the managed care program for individuals who have the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Medical Assistance ACCESS card. Members of the HealthChoices Program usually know they are members and have received a Member Handbook from Value Behavioral Health of Pennsylvania (VBH-PA), their managed care organization.
