Post-Biotic Gel Balm Batch Size: 600 g

Procedure

1. Charge water into main vessel and create a vortex with mixer, sprinkling sodium hyaluronate and Ultrez 21. Mix until evenly dispersed

before continuing with additions. Begin heating to 70 - 75C.

2. Combine phase B and heat to 70-75C.

3. When temperature reaches 70-75C, add phase B to phase A. Mix well then cool down to 40 -45C.

4. At 40-45C, add phase C to phase AB. Mix well and continue cool-down with mixing to room temperature.

Procedure1. Combine Phase A and with high sheer mixing , slowly adding hydroxyethylcellulose. Begin heating to 60C.2. When Phase A reaches 60C add phase B to phase A and hold heat. Mix until fully dissolved.3. Add phase C to phase AB. Mix well.4. Combine phase D and mix until smooth and uniform. 5. Add phase D to phase ABC. Pour into molds at 70 - 75C.

Procedure

1. Combine phase A. Let sit to wet out powder and then begin mixing.Begin heating to 70 - 75 degrees Celsius.

2. Add phase B ingredients to A and begin heating to 70 - 75 degrees Celsius. Mix well.

3. Heat phase C to 70 - 75 degrees Celsius with mixing.

4. Add phase C to phase AB and let mix for 15 - 30 minutes.

5. Add phase D to phase ABC and mix well.

6. Add phase E to phase ABCD and mix well.

7. Begin cool-down to 45 - 50 degrees Celsius.

8. At 45 - 50 degrees Celsius, add phase F ingredients to phase ABCDE. Mix well while cooling to room temperature.
