A GPS-GSM-RFID based Tracking and Monitoring System with OBD-II (On board Vehicle Diagnostics standards 2) interface, which adds remote diagnostics capabilities to our existing GPS Vehicle tracking platform. Along with vehicle tracking data, other vehicle related parameters, and diagnostic information like Error codes, Real time speed, RPM, Fuel level, Real Time Odometer can be acquired through OBD-II interface and sent to server through GSM/GPRS for Processing.

High Accuracy Fuel Sensor for Vehicles

Fuel Sensor probe is a capacitive level measuring unit which works on the principle of change in the capacitance b/w two co-axial pipes due to change in fuel level b/w them. It helps to accurately measure the level and there by calculates the amount of fuel present in the tank as per the calibration. The fuel sensor is designed for use in turbulent environment in vehicles and ruggedized for external use.

The sensors are manufactured as per the tank dimension and calibrated to the tank onsite. The output of the sensor is RS-232 output which sends the volume of the fuel in the tank in millilitres every two seconds. This can be read by the serial port of the GPRS/GPS module and send it to the server. The sensor does not have any moving parts and is mounted above the fuel tank horizontally (round or any uniform area).The sensor should cover the whole depth of the tank, but will not cover the 20 mm of the bottom part.
