Note: 1. All Practical/Clinical Internal Assessment examinations should be conducted during
Practical /Clinical hours between 25/05/2015 to 30/05/2015
2. The Exam going students’ attendance to be submitted by 30th May 2015 without fail. The
attendance to be calculated till 30th May 2015.
3. The Internal Assessment Marks of exam going batch should be sent to Dean’s office on or
before 05/06/2015.
4. Portions will be put up on notice boards of respective departments.
5. The concerned HODs should come with the required copies of Theory question papers to
examination hall half an hour before the scheduled time.
6. Practical records to be submitted for certification by exam going batch.
7. Students who have not paid their fees will not be allowed to take their internals. No
request for additional internals after the schedule will be entertained.
8. In case of overlap of any subjects for repeaters, please contact the principal in advance.
9. The Clinical postings, Theory Classes and Practicals will be suspended from 18/05/2015 to
22/05/2015.
10. All repeaters who want to take re internals have to submit a letter to the concerned HODs.
