Ashley Black (PYPCoordinator) and Tarehna Wicker (MYP Coordinator) will bejoining to lead a discussion on the IB Primary Years Program(K-5) and IB Middle Years Program (6-8). They will besharing IB units from K-8 along with student work to helpbring IB@Vernon to life. We hope to see you there!

WinterSpiritDay&MYPDancetomorrow!

This Friday will be a Winter/Holiday-themed SpiritDay. Encourage your kids to wear cozy sweaters, holidaydresses, comfy caps or whatever best represents WinterandWinter holidays to them!

The MYP Dance will also be tomorrow from 5:00-7:00 inthe MPR. As the students advertised it, “Dance! Hang outwith friends! Eat snacks!”

The Sensory Room received some recent additions andattention and is looking great! Our staff is continuing to learnbest practices on sensory needs, and a promo video to shareour story and vision is in the works. We would like to thankthe teachers that made this possible: Ms. Docken, Ms.McMahon, Ms. Nehring, as well as our OccupationalTherapist, Mr. Carpenter, and the amazing communitymembers who made this idea a reality.
