2: Version checkerUpon clicking “Version Checker,” a palette opens in the right, showing all changes made to the selected region. Symbols for “addition,” “deletion,” and “change” appear when the user hovers over one of the versions, depending what types of changes were made that round. Clicking an item in the palette shows more information about changes made.

3: BlameUpon clicking the “Blame” button, this pop-up opens. It lists the last user to touch this cell. You can launch Version Checker from here if you need to investigate further.

4: Track-backClicking the “Track-back” button launches the Track-back pop-up. This allows the user to see which reference cells were used to reach the current cell’s formula.

5: Track-back expandedWhen the user clicks one of the triangles next to a reference cell, a zippy opens showing the formula that made up that cell. The tree can continue to expand multiple levels.

6: Track-back when a cell directly references a financial statementWhen a cell is directly pulling its value from a financial statement, clicking the track-back button opens the relevant statement to the appropriate location.
