Assumptions

There have been a few assumptions taken into consideration to generate this income statement for the first three years.

We assumed that we wouldn’t be getting any revenue for the first 2 months as we would be gaining our customers

during the first 2 months.

We assumed that we would be earning revenue in the 3rd month of year 1.

The percentage of advertisements per artist growth is 50% per month throughout all 3 years.

The percentage of apps growth is about 1000 more apps per month throughout all 3 years.

The percentage of ringtones growth is about 100 more ringtones per month throughout all 3 years.

We have assumed that our rent will be the same throughout all 3 years.

We have also assumed that our fixed cost is the same throughout all 3 years.
