Vibrating Screen theory and selection

ZYD series vibrating screen uses three dimension power of the mature technology. A verticalmotor installed, it is vibrating source. There are two eccentric hammers on the top and bottom.The eccentric hammers change rotation into horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, andthen pass the movement to the screening surface.

We supply the screen netting range from 5mesh to 500mesh, so that it has a wide applicationrange, such as at powder lines, purification, grading, refining, filtration and so on.

Its advantages in performance below:Strong vibrating force gives the most effective powder screening.Easy to operate and clean, low consumption.No blocking, no powder flying, no liquid leaking.Quick change screen net in less than 5 minutes.

Stainless steal parts contacting materials.Easy to operate, impurities and coarse materials can be discharged automatically.

4. I know you process starch, it is not necessary to use the model ZYC.According to our experience our basic machine model ZYD can meet your requirement.

5. The model ZYC series is used for metal powder and superfine powder industries.In addition the model ZYC is expensive than the model ZYD.Please reconsider and then confirm.
