Following successful experience on the horizontal lathes installed , Victor
continues to design one new vertical lathe Vturn-V300 to meet higher
roundness requirement for auto parts machining.

I.D. Turning range
• The proven reliability of Fanuc 0i-T controller is combined with Victor's own designed PLC to offer the customer an integral control system with 8.4"LCD monitor for color graphic display.
• Large inside space design of electrical cabinet and fully protected cables assure optimal heat dissipation for long time machining.
• Optional 21i-T or 18i-T control also allows easier upgrade and the addition of full conversational programming.
Reliable Fanuc 0i-T control system
• Encased in well-ribbed headstock for maximum heat dissipation.
• Wide range spindle motor reaches high torque output at minimum spindle speed 216 rpm.
• 12" hydraulic solid chuck as standard and optional 10" chuck upgrades for higher spindle speed 3500 rpm.
• NN type roller bearings with large bearing areas facilitate heavy cutting and angular thrust bearing absorbs axial cutting force.
• Optional C axis spindle with 0.001 degree indexing and VDI turret allows for secondary operation such like milling and drilling.

• 15/24 m/min rapid feed rate in X/Z axes bonded with Turcite-B and forced lubrication improve performance by eliminating stick-slip characteristics normally inherent in plain contact surface.
• Well counter-balanced design with upgraded servo motors in power and upgraded ballscrews in diameter guarantees minimal wear on the box slideways and prolongs machine service life.
• Built-in brake Z axis motor further prevents turret falling in case of sudden power off.
Box slideways for optimal dynamic stiffness
• Rear disposal chip conveyor features the easy setup to form a manufacturing cell.
• Coolant and chips are collected by the single machine base guarantees the minimal coolant leakage during high pressure turning.
• Large coolant tank with large capacity 170 liters generates the high-pressure coolant with minimal temperature rise-up and minimal chip built-up around the chuck and component.

• Meehanite® gray cast iron guarantees the distinguished structure stiffness and damping properties to absorb vibration to prolong service life without distortion.
