Notes for Prince George’s County Public Schools:Below is a template containing the questions for the online grant application. Schools should fill in their responses (for questions requiring a detailed response) on this template BEFORE going online to submit the application, as you will not be able to save the online application and return to it later.
Before you submit the grant, talk with your Principal and Building Supervisor, especially about the bins you would like to select for the cafeteria.
Schools are strongly encouraged to use this grant application to request bins for their cafeterias (specific bins that can be selected are noted in the grant application below). PGCPS sites should select the large capacity 60 gallon or 32 gallon containers for the cafeteria. Classroom bins are not available to K-12 schools through this grant.
Be concise but include enough details to show that you have a good plan for utilization of the bins and how receiving the bins will support your recycling program to capture more materials and involve students.

It would be difficult, but we can loosely estimate based on frequency of collection
We have no way to track recyclables separately. Would be very difficult to do.
