Always an option is to leave the asphalt behind and take the rustic Winona Scenic Drive Auto Tour. Enjoy the wild or have a quiet picnic within a national forest canopy.

Hot Springs Village is open to the public, so come visit and experience first-hand for yourself what the Hot Springs Village area is all about.

Meet our local merchants, sample area restaurants and visit one of the largest community of volunteers in America. Two hundred clubs and

organizations, eleven lakes, three beaches, and nine golf courses compels all visitors to slow their pace while time stands still.

industry’s leader in upscale golf courses. This means that HSV will continue to offer championship golf at each of our nine courses and Village members can have access to upscale courses around the world.

HERE’S A QUICK LOOK AT GOLF IN HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE:BALBOA GOLF COURSE - 11 Balboa Way 501-922-1504

Golf Shop/Driving Range/Putting Green/Short Game Area/Sports LoungeWith one of the most picturesque finishing holes in the Village, Balboa

continues to be a favorite. With wide fairways and a less hilly landscape, it’s a walker-friendly course. A par-72 layout, it measures at 6725 from the back tees to 5362 at the front.

CORONADO GOLF COURSE - 199 Surtidor Way 501-922-2355Golf Shop/Putting Green/Restaurant

CORTEZ GOLF COURSE - 299 Cortez Way 501-922-1590Golf Shop/Driving Range/Putting Green/Restaurant-Bar

Cortez is known as the “shot maker’s course” since it’s not the length of the shots but the position that counts. It’s one of the most scenic courses in the Village and a $1.5 million renovation was completed in 2008 including a new irrigation system, new greens, fairway and roughs and bunker renovations.

It’s a par-72 layout and offers tees ranging from 5,080 yards to 6, 672 yards.

People come to Hot Springs Village for a variety of reasons: golf, vacations, second homes and/or a permanent residence. They come

to live and to play…HSV has all the amenities needed to fulfill an active lifestyle.

A major part of the ideal lifestyle is the “perfect” home. The Village has attracted people from all over the world – people

from all walks of life with varied interests and backgrounds. And since everyone’s housing needs are as different as the people, the homes built in HSV reflect a wide variety of styles, floor plans and designs.

Hot Springs Village has always been a bargain compared to homes around large, urban centers and now it is even more so today.

There are more real “buyer advantages” when shopping for that perfect home in HSV which include property zoning, “great buy” buildable real estate lots, and an overall affordable cost of living.

For those interested in moving to HSV but don’t want to build, there is always a nice selection of homes in various sizes and shapes throughout the five Village regions. Market prices vary; however, you can find homes from $100,000 to over $1 Million. Generally, the

more expensive homes and townhomes are built around the Village’s lakes and golf courses.

There are quite a few “subdivision” type developments in the Village, as well as many homes available that offer golf course convenience or breathtaking scenic vistas of the Ouachita Mountains.

Homeowners have the luxury of spending little time up-keeping yards as much of the landscaping uses natural ground cover for easy care and maintenance.

Of course, many who move here want to build that perfect home they’ve dreamed of for years…HSV offers ample opportunities for custom home building.

Hot Springs Village has many excellent builders with a reputation for quality and detail. Builders offer a variety of floor plans or can develop custom plans. Some have found that building their home before they retire is advantageous for them. Once built, they turn the management of the property over to one of the Village’s real estate or management firms for rental. The rental income helps pay the mortgage, as well as offers tax advantages for some.

Nearly everyone knows how real estate has been affected across the country in the last few years. Since HSV has experienced the same thing to a lesser degree, there are real opportunities for those who want to make that move now. Hot Springs Village - Your Home. Your Paradise.

A visitor pass may be obtained at the Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center Monday - Saturday 8:30am - 4pm and on Sundays from 12:30 - 4pm.

district provides every student grades 3-8 with Chromebooks and has equipped each high school class with Chromebook cart. iPads are also available for any class needing them throughout the year.

One of the most unique characteristics of Jessieville is that the school has more than 75% of its students in need of free or reduced lunches. This gives the school the opportunity to provide every student with free breakfast, lunch, and, in the elementary school, snacks including fresh fruits and vegetables.
