Punjab Circle won over all championship in the13 th All India cycling meet concluded at Punjabi University Patiala on 27-03-2014 13 th All India BSNL Cycling meet was held from 25 th March to 27 th march 2014 at Punjabi University Patiala. Teams from Punjab, UP (EAST), Rajasthan, NE (II), MTNL (Mumbai) participated in the tournament. Shri Manoj Pant GM (CFA) Punjab Circle inaugurated the tournament on 26-03-2014.Shri G.S Julka CGMT, Punjab, distributed the medals to the winners during the closing ceremony on 27 th March 2014. In 4000 mass start final event Shri Neeraj Sawhney, Punjab Circle won 1 st position, Shri. R.K .Sharma of Rajasthan second and Shri Tarlochan Singh, Punjab on 3 rd position. In 1000 meter individual time trial final Shri O. Vikram Singh. NE-11 won 1 st position, Shri Jaswinder Singh, Punjab, second position and Shri Babu Lal Jat of Rajasthan 3 rd position. In 4000 meter team pursuit final Punjab Circle secured 1 st position, Rajasthan 2 nd and UP East 3 rd positions. In 4000 individual pursuit final Neeraj Sawhney of Punjab secured 1 st position ,R.K Sharma, Rajasthan 2 nd and K.G. Gupta secured 3 rd position. In 25 kilometre M.L Gauri of MTNL Mumbai secured 1 st position, Babu Lal Jat of Rajasthan and sahib Deen Rana of UP East secured 2 nd & 3 rd position respectively. In 1500 meter Team Time Trial Final Punjab Circle secured 1 st position Rajasthan 2 nd and UP East 3 rd positions. In 1000 metre sprint Final O. Vikaram Singh (NE-11) , Jaswinder Singh( Punjab) and Prem Singh( Punjab) secured 1 st ,2 nd and 3 rd positions respectively. Com. Balbir Singh Circle
