It is a fully furnished apartment in via Carando 21, in a 4 store building

right in the centre of the town close to many shops and cafeterias where

people meet.

The apartment faces the main street and behind there is an orchard with

trees.

It has three independent bedrooms, each one for a student. Two of them

are very large facing the street and with a long balcony facing south while

the third room is a bit smaller but still very comfortable and faces the

orchard, towards north. All the three bedrooms have a large bed, a

wardrobe , a table, a chest of drawers.

The bathroom has a bath tub with shower and washing machine.

The kitchen has oven, fridge and freezer.

Dishes, cutlery , pans and glasses are provided new.

In the building there are 8 apartments but 4 of them belong to us and are

occupied by other students UNISG ( total 12 students ) and the neighbors

are all super nice!

The apartment is located 4 min walking from the train station, and from

the bus stop to Pollenzo and close to several grocery shops.

The heating system is provided by the building system of the house.

Cold and hot water, building costs and especially heating are all included

in the rent while light has to be paid separately; gas for cooking has to be

paid also separately but it is very cheap.

Parking for the bicycles is available in a garage in the courtyard.

Rent per month: 290 € per student for the bigger rooms and 280 € for the

smaller room.
