CRAFTSMaking Valentines

We seek opportunities to share the love of Christ in creative ways with children in classrooms or strangers on the street. After spray painting poster paper, we apply gold or silver “spray webbing”, cut out heart shapes and then hot glue curling ribbon, scripture, flowers, leaves, feathers, fabric – snippets of anything you might have around the house. Glue a verse about God’s love, along with a piece of candy, to the back and they’re ready to share. Watercolors painted onto high quality watercolor cardstocks also makes beautiful Valentines.We can ask God for special blessings upon each special seed, that it move deeply into fertile soil, bearing fruit that cannot be humanly measured.

We were in a very dark season. Desperate to impart a vision to Melissa Ann, I took her with me to a writing conference in Colorado Springs. I bought her one of the bears in the photograph, and she bought one for me. Our Broadmoor bears became symbolic of my belief in her and her potential to lead vast multitudes to the Lord.

Happy Valentine’s Day, Father!There are so many people throughout the world

attempting to repair the pieces of their broken hearts,but as they follow their emotions and move within

the realm of human energiesthe enemy seizes every occasion to shatter them yet again.

Many hearts are held together by hardened seamsfestering with bitterness.

May all find authentic, eternal Love in Your Presence.I pray that these surrender their hearts to Youthat they may be melted in the fires of holiness
