The job involves effective command and control of six Branch Recruiting Offices located at different places in the Zone. Assess human resource requirement, allocate recruitment targets to Branch Recruiting Offices, monitor recruitment progress, ensure fair selection system, conduct physical, medical and written common entrance tests, evaluation of answer scripts, preparation of results, issue of appointment letters and documentation for dispatch of individuals to the training centres. Ensure secrecy of information and fairness in the complete process. Liaison with civil administration for conduct of recruitment rallies. Recruited 12000 persons during the period.

As Head of a specialist technical team trained in Japan on Computer Systems and special mission-critical real-time communication equipment was responsible for project management functions, installation, repair , training and maintenance of the equipment as part of a specialised project.
