Using mulch in your garden saves water and completes the local green waste recycling loop. What are the Benefits? • Conserves moisture in the soil • Moderates soil temperature • Blocks weed growth • Reduces erosion • Improves soil structure and fertility over time How do I get it? Mulch is available at the Yard Waste Site: 6900 Nicholson Road (west of the Safety Building) Wednesday: 1:30pm-7:00pm Saturday: 10:00am-4:00pm Sunday: 11:00am-5:00pm • Small amounts can be obtained only when you pick up and “load your own”. Large amounts also available for pick up. *Delivery available for only 6+ yards. • Large amounts (6 yards+ in a dump truck) can be delivered for FREE.
