Description of the property :

The new house has five bedrooms between the 2 floors, which all have their own en-suite bathrooms. You can access the grand, rooftop patio from upstairs, where there is also a beautiful view of the nearby sea. It is a lovely place to sit and enjoy one of the finest areas of the home.

There is an exquisite swimming pool with 10 lounge beds, an outdoor dining table for eight, and a relaxation area.

From the gardens, you can look right out onto the sea. The seaside and the water are directly accessible through a small gate, which is ideal!

In short: a great seafront villa on walking distance of beach clubs, beaches and restaurants. You‘ll have a great time here!

Villa Higueras is right next to Villa Algarrobos. The houses were built at the same time and may be rented as a dual package to accommodate groups of up to eighteen.

This house can only be rented from Saturday – Saturday ALL year. Minimum stay 5 nights.
