Chef Vinod Lohtia Ambassador of Cuisine, Food Connoisseur, and Experienced Culinary Tour Escort Chef Vinod Lohtia has lived in enough places that he could well be an ambassador of cuisine. Born and schooled on the Indian subcontinent, Vinod trained in Europe and honed his skills in central Canada where he currently resides. Vinod is currently a culinary teacher and personal chef, as well as a dedicated familyman as a husband, father & grandfather. Vinod has led numerous culinary tours, North India & Morocco among them.
