about globalization, global issues, and intercultural communication and collaboration. Developed two new multi-disciplinary courses as foundations of the program, plus a capstone course and undergraduate teaching assistant course. Oversaw development of introductory course, internship course, service-learning course, and study abroad course taught by staff instructors. Developed and oversaw relevant programming including field trips, meetings and talks by experts, and cultural events. Supported the establishment of a student-run organization for the program. Developed process for reviewing University freshmen applications to identify appropriate students to invite to the program, aiming for 75 students from diverse backgrounds and multiple majors, including international students. Hired program staff and oversee administration and assessment of the program. Worked closely with university partners including the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences, the Department of Resident Life, the Division of Undergraduate Programs, the Institute for International Programs, and other globally-oriented programs on campus.
