In Honor of our Class 2020#resilient and destined for greatness

During this time of social distancing, Open My Network is leading another important initiative working with schools to recognize the completion of students’ academic experience and a significant milestone in their lives.

The significance that a graduation holds in any student’s life cannot be described in words. It is an important moment that represents the passage from one stage in life to another, but it is also a moment to celebrate our students, schools and communities, especially during these uncertain times.

We acknowledge the world has been turned upside down and we would like to relieve you from the tactical and technology components for your 2020 graduation ceremony and allow you and your staff to remain focused on navigating the remainder of the year for your students.

To honor the class of 2020, we will be offering virtual commencement ceremonies as the first step in recognition of this significant and once in a lifetime milestone.

$3,500 $4,000 $5,000

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to starting any work. Prior to paying the remaining 50%, you will be provided an online proof to review your video and request any changes. After approving the final proof, we will then invoice you the final amount and send the finished video after payment is received

What does a virtual ceremony look like?

Graduates receive a

password-protected

link to share with family

and friends in advance of

the ceremony

When attendees

log-on with the provided

password, they will see

a video or slideshow of

your choosing, perhaps school

photos, or senior year highlights

Principal welcomes attendees

live on screen, give

remarks, and introduce the

graduate speakers and/or

keynote address

A video or title card can

introduce school staff

The video feed

transitions to a camera or prerecorded video of the keynote or graduate speaker (Named Speaker,

Valedictorian etc.)

Principal will come back on

screen to introduce

each graduate by

name or voice over

will commence

As each graduate’s

name is read, their name

and photograph

will be displayed on one side of the screen

The ceremony

can end with a

“recessional” slideshow of graduates or

another video

A recording of the

livestream can be made available for

download for your

graduates and their

families to keep as a memento
