As an Exhibitor, you will receive an email from the Orgaznier via eZ-Xpo. It will contain the following:

Inside the SpaceThe Exhibit Hall is your point-of-entry. From there you can view our welcome video, access any of the “booth” areas, and navigate to the Auditorium or Networking Lounge.
The Booths are set up as sample spaces to showcase tools we have been using to enhance virtual events and experiences. Most are un-staffed and you can browse each one to find a video and links to additional information. Occasionally you will find someone from our team staffing the booth. For the middle hour of our scheduled live event you will be able to find one of us in the Integrated Work booth—from there you can experience how that aspect of the space works and ask us questions about anything you have seen.
The Auditorium is a venue for hosting video feeds. For this experience we have it populated with a selection of some of our favorite TED talks so please make time to explore what is there and get a feel for how the space can be used to curate video content.
The Networking Lounge is a space for casual collisions. You can make plans to meet someone there or drop by to see who you might run into. There are both video and chat options available, and you can even break off into smaller group discussions if you like. Integrated Work staff will be in this space off and on throughout the event, and we invite you to “wander around” and explore.
Making the Most of Your ExperienceOne of the things we like most about this environment is that it is fairly simple and intuitive. It took us less than 15 hours to set up everything you will see. The site can be accessed from any device with an internet browser, though the video experience is optimized for Chrome and Firefox. Because the purpose of this part of the event is low-risk exploration we have not overly engineered it and encourage you to “poke around” to see what might be interesting about it for your organization and its purposes. We’ve found that even in places we are not using eZ-XPO directly, working with it has given us some creative ideas for how to curate those experiences. We hope you’ll have fun exploring and be similarly inspired!
