• virtual7 is a Software-Development and Consulting company that uses an internal system for time tracking and work logs.

• We are envisioning an viable alternative to the current desktop application which should allow employees to enter their work logs from their personal mobile devices.

• One main drive for this approach is that it is required for the employees to enter their work logs when they are not in the company offices. Once the employee is under the company network he/she should be able to synchronize the mobile data with the company servers.

• Functionality should include authentication, work logs listing, CRUD operations (create/read/update/delete), import/export.

• Usability should be a main focus.

• The Challenge begins on - November 13, 2014 at 15:00:00 PM and ends on -January 6, 2015 at 12:00 AM

• This Challenge is open to students of Polytechnic University of Timisoara, including students doing their master studies

• To enter this Challenge, go to http://virtual7.de/index.php/jobs/besttm and (1) download the registration form then (2) fill with your information the registration form. Then (3) mark that you have red and agree the term and condition form the registration form and (4) send the registration form to jobs@virtual7.ro

• Each submission will be considered one “Entry.” Entries must be in English.

Participation Conditions

• Prizes• 1st Place - One winner – Tablet Allview Ax4 Nano 7" – 450 RON • 2ndPlace - One winner – Iulius Mall voucher – 350 RON • 3rd Place - One winner – practicum scholarship – 300 RON

• Selection of potential winners - A team of qualified judges selected by virtual7 will review all submitted Entries and give a score according to the following criteria:

• 25% Execution of Entry Part 1 - If less than 50% of the requirements where implemented in the submitted Entry based on the requirements document?

• 25% Execution of Entry Part 2 - If more than 50% of the requirements where implemented in the submitted Entry based on the requirements document?

• 25% Novelty/Innovation on how the Entry can be extended - Propose 3 ways on how the Entry can be extended in the future that will help employees be more productive and have higher acceptance

• 25% Utility of Entry: How useful is the Entry at solving business problems and meeting business needs with Oracle Mobile Application Framework?
