"The end of education is character"Dear students,Nowadays we get everything at the click of thebutton. “It is the mark of an educated mind to able to entertain a thought without accepting it “-Aristotle.
Imagine the world without communication! Yes, the words saidabsolutely make sense here – “there is no sense of existencewithout communication”. The question here arises is - Are wegood at communicating? If the answer is yes, the followingquestion would be - How creative are we at communicating?Again the answer is yes, the final following question would be –Are we committed to communicate creatively? If the answer forthis question is also yes, congratulations! You are already on theway to excellence. But, is everyone’s answer is yes? If it is, theworld would have been one place where there is no gaps tocommunication, where there is no barriers to creativity andwhere there is no barricades to commitment. Unfortunately, everyone lacks in one or the other aspect. The answer to this canbe obtained through answering another question, why are wenot committed to communicate creatively. Here comes another set of 3Cs – the lacuna: Content – Clarity –Casualness. Is it true? Yes, it is. The missing clarity in content andthe clear content delivered in casual manner are two scenariosputting dent in the creative communication. Ask the samequestion to yourself? Why am I so casual even when I havecontent clarity? You will be on the way to excellence when youderive at the right answer for this question. Fill the lacuna, overcome barriers, remove the barricades and do all at one go byadding catalyst to your communication, that is creativity. Commityourself to achieve it, then everything makes sense. All the best!
WAKE UP! IT’S TIME TO LOOK AT 3Cs

1412 “What U resist Persist”
Yes! Of course, but why this bloodshed happening in this society. In the recent past, city has experienced shocking waves with thebrutal murder attempts.
Is it due to the brought up of parents? or the youth gettinginfluenced by western culture? At the stage where the youth focuson education & career they are becoming the prey of love. There isno harm in falling in love which is universal, however the childrenshould respect the parents expectations. At the same time parentsshould also understand the feelings and the situation of thechildren. This is an amicable phenomenon which leads to apeaceful life.
If the children go against the will and wish of the parents, lawshould not be taken into the hands just because of the caste. Therecent cinematic scenario should be an eye opening for the peoplewho really give importance to religion and caste which are worthless. There is only one religion which is religion of humanity, inthe society, where every human should adopt and have a refinedway of thinking.
There is no holy book which stress on religion nor caste. Thisshould be decimated and the government should take a strongmeasures against ferocious murders on the caste.“In every religion there is love,
yet love has no religion ”

Contemplation is by far one of the best methods to develop gratitude. – Gaur Gopal Das.
Gaur Gopal Das was in his Brahmachari ashram in(ISKCON) Chowpatty, Mumbai. He has areputation of being friends with influentialpersonalities. So one of his friend ( whose namehe kept secret, but lets call him Mr. B) phonedhim, asking: ‘’would you mind doing pagala on mynewly purchased Lamborghini?’’
MONK IN A LAMBORGHINI
At first Gaur Gopal Das became confused, whatMr.B even meant by that? Because according toHindi Language pagala means ‘’mentallyretarded’’. His friend told him, it’s a Gujarati ritual, pagala is a ceremony of touching one’s leg on aparticular stuff you purchased. Basically, it’s aprocess to get blessings from holy people, still inIndia this tradition is reverentaly followed.
Well-known for his humorous nature, Gaur GopalDas said, ‘’Of course, why not? After all, when amonk gets a chance to have on a lamborghini.”

Mr. B came to receive him on the temple premisesin his sleek, yellow Lamborghini. He asked GaurGopal Das for a ride. Both of them went on a ride, which was planed for fifteen minutes.
Gaur Gopal was sitting on the passengers and Mr.Bwas driving the car. Of course, everyone wasdrooling over Mr.B car. To see a sleek, yellowLamborghini is a rare sight on the streets ofMumbai.
After a while, they stopped at a traffic signal .Then came a man in a dilapidated car. His eyeswere big when he saw a Lamborghini standing byhis side. And his eyes went bigger when he sawGaur Gopal sitting on the passenger seat.

Gaur Goapl understood things would go really crazyif he didn’t tell this man, whose car is this. Becausehe could see the look on that man’s face ‘’a monk ina Lamborghini.’’ Gaur Gopal burst out, ‘’Hey man, look, it’s not my car.’’ – he pointed hid thumb at Mr.B- ‘’it’s his car’’.
Gaur Gopal heaved a sign of relief, becausenowadays spiritual gurus having a bad impressionon the mind of most of the Indians. People havedeveloped a tendency to generalize all spiritualleaders A fake. And this was something that GaurGopal didn’t want to happen.
The fifteen minutes ride turned into thirty –fiveminutes. Gaur Gopal said to his friend , ‘’ I have ameeting to attend , can you drive me back to thetemple?”

We have mastered how to look successful, but not how to organize. – Gaur Gopal Das
MONK IN A LAMBORGHINI
What Mr. B did next give a shock of life to GaurGopal. The owner of the Lamborghini, startedcrying like a child. Now this took quite a lime forGaur Gopal to understand what happened to hisfriend all of sudden. He told Mr. B to pack the carand talk on the reason for his distress. He gave atissue paper and a bottle of water to Mr. B,pacifying him.
Mr. B said with a voice cracking every now andthen, ‘’ Just three days back my wife filedpapers for divorce. I really love her. Mychildren love her. I’m trying my best to sort outour problems, but I really don’t understandwhy she wants to leave us ?’’
Gaur Gopal was stunned with that news.Somehow or other he consoled Mr. B
A little later, he was contemplated on thisincident that had happened to his friend.People say, happiness is directly proportionateto what you have in your life. But a sleek, yellow Lamborghini could not wipe Mr. B’stears , that posh Lamborghini could not bringhim any hope, that car could not uplift sprits .

So he concluded that if something wants to knowhow rich one is, then count on things that moneycan’t buy. Some people are so poor, so poor, soabsolutely poor that all they have is money.
Sometimes people say , it’s better to cry in a BMW,instead of a bicycle. But here we have a real lifeexample of Mr. B His Lamborghini couldn’t help himwith anything.
It’s not that things should not be purchased. Buthave things with value, don’t equate your happinesswith things you possess. Because simply havingthings won’t add quality to your life.
Gaur Gopal Das often say, if you want to knowrich you are, drop a tear, and see how manyhands come forth wipe it. That’s how wealthy youare.

The Elephant Rope (Belief System)
A gentleman was walking through an elephant camp, andhe spotted that the elephants weren’t being kept in cagesor held by the use of chains. All that was holding themback from escaping the camp, was a small piece of ropetied to one of their legs.
As the man gazed upon the elephants, he was completelyconfused as to why the elephants didn’t just use theirstrength to break the rope and escape the camp. Theycould easily have done so, but instead, they didn’t try toat all.
Curious and wanting to know the answer, he asked atrainer nearby why the elephants were just standingthere and never tried to escape.

“ Meeting the deadline is not good enough, Beating the deadline is my expectation. – Dhirubhai Ambani.
The trainer replied;
“when they are very young and much smallerwe use the same size rope to tie them and, atthat age, it’s enough to hold them. As they growup, they are conditioned to believe they cannotbreak away. They believe the rope can still holdthem, so they never try to break free.”
The only reason that the elephants weren’t breaking free andescaping from the camp was that over time they adopted thebelief that it just wasn’t possible.
Moral of the story: No matter how much the world tries tohold you back, always continue with the belief that what youwant to achieve is possible. Believing you can becomesuccessful is the most important step in actually achieving it.
